Been twice where a barista has been extremely condescending to me, my friends, and my father. Incident one: We place a mobile order to pickup in drive thru. The first time with my friends, we were a bit early so I honestly didn’t think anything of it. The worker was extremely condescending, but I thought, whatever you’re having a bad day and we were pretty early. I understood the staff probably felt rushed because of it. I used to be in those shoes, I get it. Incident two: About a week later, myself and my dad are stopping by around 7:20am—I made sure to place the mobile order before I left home. The app said my order would be ready at 7:21. I cannot make this up, we showed up at the speaker at 7:21 am on the dot. When I tell you, seconds before this, I was telling my dad about incident one. Lo and behold, the same employee is giving us the same rant. Speaking to us like we are children, wildly condescending. If your app says your order is ready at blank time, and I show up at blank time, grow up and speak to people like two adults. Also, there wasn’t a soul there—barista said, this time it’s fine because it’s not busy. Like, it’s 7am on a Monday or Tuesday, I’m trying to get to work, and you’re going on and on about waiting 10-15 minutes before showing up… even if there’s not a soul there… even if I show up when the app tells me to… yeah, no. This is a Starbucks app problem, NOT a me problem. It was going on for so long my dad had to take his foot off the break to signal that we have jobs to get to, since we couldn’t get a word in. Our end of the interaction, aside from starting to slowly drive away, was always respectful. There came a point where it felt like this barista was putting us in time out for showing up… when the app… said to show up… myself, my friends, and my dad, all actively avoid this location because we don’t want to run into this barista. Especially knowing she works mornings and afternoons. I go to this Starbucks often enough that I could say this barista is for sure new to the location in the last maybe six...
Read moreI recently had an outstanding visit to the Starbucks Innes and Trim in Orleans, and I feel compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff.
The barista who took my order was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I decided on the Caramel Macchiato, a classic favorite, and it did not disappoint. The drink was perfectly crafted!
What truly set this visit apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. As I waited for my drink, the supervisor came over to chat, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. This level of customer care made me feel valued and appreciated.
I noticed the staff consistently cleaning tables and tidying up, which added to the overall pleasant environment. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it an ideal location to catch up on some work.
In summary, my visit to this Starbucks was exceptional due to the friendly and attentive staff, high-quality beverages, and inviting atmosphere. It’s experiences like these that remind me why Starbucks remains a favorite destination for coffee lovers. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delightful and satisfying...
Read moreThis is the second time this happened at this location. I placed my order with 2 small kids running around the store. They served my entire order except for 2 cake pops for the kids. I'm waiting there, and they're serving every customer that ordered after me; drive thru, and the one lady at cash is just talking to her friend for half the time. Finally after over 10 mins I asked what the hold up for 2 cake pops was and the server said she hadn't checked the order, she said she just assumed I was waiting on coffee; even though I was still waiting looking at them right at the second cash. I've been to other locations where they offer a gratiuity if they mess up; but both times they didn't even offer an apology. If it's fast food industry, it can't not be fast; especially since it took her 30 seconds to pull the cake pops out and hand them to me. The kids are 2 and 4; running around the store while we wait for staff not paying attention and the one staff is just having casual conversations. Not pleased with this locations staff for the second time; and no consideration for their customers. Very unfortunate. It...
