Fries can be really good but inconsistent. One week you may get great fries and the next week they can be hard and dry mixed in. Service is fast and friendly. That comment by Harlow Nelligan disturbed me. That kind of service should not be tolerated. If it happens to you, complain to the Canadian Tire as they rent space to them on the lot. I am sure Canadian Tire wants any sellers on their lot to be respectful of customers. While I have experienced very friendly service, I haven't made any mistakes in picking up an order yet. I asked the lady “Hi how are you today?” Her reply to me? “It’s cash only”. I’m not asking for a 5 star restaurant service here but basic standard customer service would be nice. I can read your sign that states it’s cash only. I will second another reviewers comment that the service isn’t ideal for newcomers. (I grew up in Kanata and have been here a handful of times and still get this kind of service).

The people were lovely, prices not bad, food was up quickly, and it wasn't bad, but they either use a weird oil or maybe it's something about the packaging (what's with all the Styrofoam, Ottawa?!), but there was an off-putting smell to the fries I couldn't get past. The bratwurst was ok, but I also ate it cold so, who know, maybe it was amazing hot.
