The guy who was working on monday night shift was indecent when he was talking to me. I am an uber driver and also deal with a lot of stress but i dont lash out onto othees in regards to that. The incident took place on tuesday morning 1 am while I entered the store to show my order for delivery the worker didnt even say anything as he was hiding in the kitchen i was calling out for any employee to come there inorder to to get my order he treated me as if i am doing a low tier job and said he saw me on the camera and that justifies for him to not respond to me. I told him its not a right way to treat a person who enters the store. Let it be an uber driver or a customer. He started to be aggresive. I told him bro i dont want to be angry i was just advicing you that yoi should do better when it comes to customer service and even said sorry for making his day bad. And i wole up today morning to see that my uber rating has fell of because of a merchant dislike, for him it might be easy to give me a dislike but as a person who is trying to make a living out of uber a merchant dislike seriously affects my rides. I would require the store to seriously talk with him and help him understand that everyone is going through struggles and being kind and respectfull is the way to go. Read moreI’ve been going to this place for years. Today I called multiple times to place a pickup order and didn’t get an answer. That’s alright, I was going to drop by anyway so I tried making my order when I got there. They were ignoring me at the front so I had to call out to the back twice for them to come take my order. Still not a problem. After 7 they have a 2 for 1 deal on their platter, Ive ordered it many times before. However when I tried today the employee told me “that’s only offered on Thursdays” which was never the case for the years i’ve been coming here. I showed him the deal was being advertised on Uber as we spoke and he claimed that’s only on Uber. So i said fine then i’ll place the order on Uber. For the first time ever their pickup option was turned off and i had no way to place my order. I suspect they turned it off. I showed him and he offered no solution. Then I tried calling back later and got placed on a 7 minute hold until i tried again. The second time i asked to speak to a manager or if he could reach back to me at my number, to voice my concerns.
