Worst customer service I was in the other day and order 2 x original with cheese combos 1x double original with cheese combo and 1 x 10 piece chicken nuggets combo ..not hard right ..wrong waited 15 minutes before they even started my food because they were too busy with uber eats oh and I was the only one in the waiting area in person for take out when they finally started on my food the girl in "training" charged me for a double Angus I explain 3 times I didn't order Angus the guy kept saying yes it's on thr invoice until manager got involved..he stood there with my original not asking what we want on it waiting for the manager to tell him what to do..we finally get it sorted out get our drinks (pop with a coffee lid but don't worry we got straws tat don't fit in the sippy part but ok give is wrong lids and straw).he made all our food and we leave Got home and opened the pop and it's not even half full and no ice ..whatever it's not worth the fight. Open the 10 piece nuggest and there is buffalo sauce all over them . Pack it up bring it back to the store and tell them it's wrong . The girl in the back comments I made normal ones too ...girl in training says well it's not my fault but I explained it was and she started to argue .... I explain that she already messed up on my order with the Angus and then we look on my receipt and surely I was charged for buffalo chicken nuggets ...never once did I say buffalo chicken ... so when she realized she was at fault she never offered an apology and for compensation for having my ordered messed up 2 times now and I had to go back to the restaurant they were so kind to offer me 1 extra nugget ...ohhhhh they gave me 11 instead of 10 ...(while I was waiting for the second time the customer that was getting her food also noticed they messed up on her order . I had an excellent, short visit on a Saturday around 6pm when it was not very busy. From what I could gather, this wheelchair - accessible Harvey's, within the large parking lot of Fairlawn Plaza, opened about six years ago in 2012 or 2013. There are two bathrooms: one large female; one male. The female bathroom was clean and functional. The medium-sized seating area was bright and clean, with lots of window space. The four staff members appeared to be Asian and seemed to have a limited knowledge of English. They were, however, friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. They really wanted to do their best and I felt thankful. I ordered a fish sandwich to go. The fellow serving the condiments allowed me to choose whatever I wanted, in any quantity I desired. Compared to other hamburger places, my bill was reasonably priced at $5.64 ($4.99 plus HST 0.65).

On the con side, there was no music to break the ice barrier. And, although my fish sandwich was crunchy delicious and the fish was hot, the bun itself was cool to the touch, so it could have been slightly heated prior to serving. I visited this Harvey's on my day-off, and the experience I had in-store compelled me to write this review. I rarely visit Harvey's restaurants, and heard very highly of this location so I figured I would see what the fuss is about.

Holy guacamole, the food was so tasty and fresh, I will certainly be returning for seconds!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal! First I was greeted at the counter by an enchanting young man who was very pleasant and suggested I get one of their Handspun Milkshakes (I chose Caramel) before I was directed to the garnish counter.

The young lady at the garnish station informed me that I could own my heat by choosing spicier toppings (Note: The Ghost Pepper sauce is NOT for the faint of heart!). After I was able to beat the heat of the tasty meat with my delicious handspun treat, I could not believe what I was eating, I had to slap my cheeks together to fully understand how delicious my meal was.

The finishing station was fully-stocked, and the whole restaurant was cleaner than any fast-food restaurant in the city that I've seen. Overall, this experience changed my life and I'm certain it can...
