This location honestly sucks. Love Harvey's and their restaurant chains, but avoid this location. I went on two separate occasions, and both were unacceptable each time.
First time was when we were getting burgers for dinner. We asked for 8 burgers and went through the drive through. Got our meal but as soon as we got home we realized they only gave us 6 burgers. Whatever, probably a one time thing and I guess the onus is on us for not checking the amount of burgers before we left. Mistakes happen, and always willing to forgive a one time occurrence.
Fast forward to yesterday when we visited this location a second time. Ordered 4 burgers and two fries. The cashier messed up the order and put 2 burgers, 2 fries but doesn't give us our receipt for us to check. That same cashier goes to label trays in the back (? even though there's still 4 people waiting to order ?) and is unavailable, a new cashier replaces her. Still not knowing our order is incorrect, we wait 40 mins for our food. 40 Mins! The different cashier comes over and gives us two burgers, two fries. This time we say that that wasn't what we ordered. They then charge us an extra 20$ to cover their mishap (wtf) but they offer us a "free blueberry pie for our troubles". Like, no at this point I'd like my entire order free for 1, messing up the order and 2, making us wait 40 mins. Finally when we get to the car, we look inside to confirm we got what we ordered only to realize, THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE EXTRA PICKLES WE ORDERED! I literally told them extra pickles on the side as they were assembling the leftover two burgers that they missed!!!
I usually give pretty kind reviews, but honestly, after this experience at this particular location, Harvey's should consider firing the staff (but giving them a blueberry pie on the way out) or closing this location. I've been to this location twice, and every time it's a poor experience. Seems as if I'm not the only one either.

Read moreUpdate: Harvey's followed up with me and tried to call a couple time but given the nature of my work I wasn't able to receive the calls. I appreciate the effort. I assumed that it may not be great doing drive through for Harvey's. I returned to the store as a walk-in. It took 13 minutes to receive 2 junior burgers with only one walk-in customer ahead of me. I felt bad for the fellow in front of me who ordered a burger and poutine that took as long as my order. There wasn't a person dedicated to the garnish station for the Harvey's section and the person not wearing a Harvey's uniform (?manager) dressed my burger and attended to the fellow before me. That person asked several times during the process of dressing my burger what I wanted which suggests he does not do the job often. More staff needed? No need to change my rating as there is an obvious issue with staffing.
Original Complaint: I went through the drive through for 2 junior cheeseburgers. 8 minutes later they were ready. When I eventually stopped to eat, I found one was made as asked (all dressed with hot peppers) and the second ONLY had hot peppers. If there was one or two condiments missing, I probably wouldn't care much, but missing the entire "all dressed" is inexcusable. Not the first time this drive through has been completely wrong. Another time I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a double burger with bacon.... No longer going to this location and can I trust Harvey's...
Read moreNever again! Went into Harvey’s this evening after working late. Before I went in, I made sure it was open. Sign indicated closes at 9pm. I arrived at 8:30pm. When I walked in all chairs were put on the table.Went up to cash to order and I was received with an attitude that I was a nuisance. Was clear with my order and said cheeseburger combo with onion rings. Had to repeat what I wanted. And then he proceeded to ask “to go?” And “fountain?” I said yes on both counts because I had no choice. He proceeds to slam down the cup on the counter. Says what do you want on it? Referring to hamburger. I looked at the items and asked if they had lettuce. Response was no and no offer to get some. Had to ask for the bare minimum for my burger because the options were minimal. Wraps my burger and says onion rings will be a few minutes. I go to the self serve station for pop. And the pop proceeds to spray all over me. I try a different pop and same thing. Lucky I stepped aside. By this time I’m very upset. The girl behind the counter offers a bottle drink and says it’s closed. So why the hell would I be offered fountain?!? Not to mention no apology for my coat being sprayed! When I proceed to eat my onion rings they were terrible. Hot on the outside and completely soggy on the inside. And the burger was not even warm. Never again!!! Harvey’s no longer makes your burger a beautiful thing. And no wonder they are shutting...
