Visited this bubble tea spot yesterday and left scratching my head. The service system here is... interesting. Both staff members refused to take orders until they finished washing ALL the equipment - even with 3 customers waiting. Would it kill them to have one person handle orders while the other cleans? The real kicker? When next customers walked in later, they suddenly became a well-oiled machine - one taking orders while the other prepared drinks. Curious prioritization there.
Now about the drinks: Their "signature" jasmine milk tea tasted like someone dropped a teabag in lukewarm water. For a place that claims these are their star products, that's just sad.
Staff acted like they were doing me a favor by existing. No smiles, just robotic movements and dead-eyed stares. At this price point, I expected at least basic customer service skills. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about both their drinks...
Read moreIâve had their tea a few times while shopping at T&T, tonight I was disappointed as my sister and I waited in line to order. We waited to be served while the tearista was busy doing something, then the tearista talked over our shoulders in Mandarin to the person behind us, asking what they wanted. We were clearly waiting for our order to be taken but were ignored. I can understand basic Mandarin and knew they were serving the person behind us, so we walked away and as we left I saw the other customer approach to pay for their order. It was very rude to take the personâs order who was behind us, clearly there is a bias because we arenât East Asian (weâre native) so we should be served last. I do enjoy their fruit and milk teas, the tearista last time was very kind but my experience was ruined tonight and it doesnât feel good to be treated like you donât exist and they are eager to serve the person that looks...

As someone who values and supports local businesses, I was truly disappointed with my recent visit to Y-NOT GO FOR TEA.
The service was, unfortunately, very slow. What made the experience more frustrating was the staffâs complete lack of attentiveness. While several customers, myself included, waited in line, the person behind the counter appeared more interested in chatting with her friends or co-workers than acknowledging those of us trying to place an order.
There was no greeting, no eye contact, and certainly no sense of urgency or professionalism. It felt less like a business serving a community and more like a private hangout that customers were interrupting.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages some much-needed improvement in customer service. Good tea means little without good service...
