Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Love this place. Me and my wife pick up from here very frequently. Now the pizza itself isn't going to top a good ol' fashioned pizza joint down the road from your house, don't get me wrong. But if you're both working then Little Caesars comes in handy when you need a warm, fresh tasting (emphasis on tasting) pizza and some extras such as breads, wings, dips, etc. This place is definitely designed for a fast in and out service. Will you sometimes have to wait for a pizza to be baked? Sure, but that's a reality of any pizza place you go to anyways. At least you can typically walk in and assume your order is ready to go. They keep all their food big warmers so the pizzas stay nice and moist and the extras all stay ready to go. Though if you ask, they're more than happy to bake a fresh pie for you. And honestly the prices are pretty much as good as it gets anywhere you'll go. Their medium hot and ready pizza goes for 5.49 + tax. If you decide to give this place a try, I definitely recommend trying the deep dish at least once. I will admit that if you get the stuffed crust deep dish you may find it needing either extra heating in the oven or a microwave to fully melt the cheese in the crust as it's essentially a long rod of mozzarella that's wrapped into the crust before baking. For fast food pizza, they are the best. They are even better than several Ottawa area nonfastfood pizza places. The only reason a star is lost in the food category is for order issues. The food is always delicious, but accuracy has been an issue a few times. In the past its been small things, but today was enough to warrant a phone call, and they did more than enough to correct the mistake. Honestly, I did not expect them to correct it how they did, that was above and beyond. This is maybe the 12th time we've ordered (maybe 3rd or 4th time ordering not in person as walk in) and most times the small issues are like a forgotten topping on a single pizza or forgotten dipping sauce or drink or something. I'd say 60% of the time overall, everything is accurate (we usually just do walk-in), but mostly if you actually go into the store to make the order and wait to take it home then everything will be accurate, weve only had issues when we order online ahead of time. When bringing up the issue with them (via phone call) of an order with more than 1 mistake tonight they were very quick to rectify the issue and I feel very confident in ordering with them again because of how they handled this. I placed an order today from uber eats as usual how I am used to place. But this time application placed my order to Ottawa store(from I even never placed)which 8hours away from my place. When I tried to relocate that order, customer service team( named Harsh and Kritika) told me that they can’t relocate. You just have two options either go and take that order or just cancel it with full amount of charge. I even willing to pay service fee for the cancellation and even tried to reach out to the store in which my order was placed. Store manager refused to cancel my order from their side and the explanation was that they can’t do that as they don’t have such an option for that(which I also know they can.
