OWNERSHIP IS HORRIBLE!
I have lived in bells corners for over two years now, and I’ve gone to this McDonald’s almost every morning or evening since I’ve moved here. 4+ times every week. Up until the start of this summer it was great! Service was excellent food was excellent I had nothing to complain about. Till the weather started warming up. Multiple occasions I would enter this McDonald’s on a hot day and not everyday I want a fountain drink or something to eat, on a few occasions I would ask for a cup filled with water and ice, I know how often teenagers such as myself would use the cup and get fountain drinks but I wouldn’t, I would even go as far as requesting the cup to be pre-filled with water and ice to gain the trust.
On several occasions I would see the owner and I presume his wife in the McDonald’s. EACH AND EVERY single time I would enter the McDonald’s while the owner(s) are present I would be refused service, refused water on a scorching hot day, and even KICKED OUT given the excuse: “This is not a public park buy something or go to the Tim Hortons and ask them for water.”
NO OTHER employee, manager or worker has ever refused to provide me or my friends cups of water on hot days, I have never been refused service, and NEVER kicked out regardless of me making a purchase or not. I’ve even been offered free food or drinks late at night while I’m short on money or just simply charging my phone from a few friends I have in management or working there. Throughout the last two years I’ve easily spent over $1,000 at this location, I would go here so often I even downloaded the app to collect points, in which I have collected well above and beyond 200,000 points in the last 7-9 months. This is a clear example of abusing authority and unappreciation of customers.
I do not want to be THAT GUY but me being a clear Caucasian male and some of my friends being indigenous male’s while getting kicked out and refused service, whilst they’re are people of the same ethnicity of the owner and his wife sitting in the McDonald’s while having ordered nothing and they are welcome to sit around but we get kicked out? Flagrant discrimination and hypocrisy and a violation of human rights and the foundations of this country and McDonald’s franchisee R&R. Take this review with consideration. Take your money elsewhere.

Read moreMy kids and I come here about once a week when we come into town to shop. This one has a playplace so I put up with it. It is not the cleanest McDonald's to say the least and I have never once had my order right the first time ...but again.. Kids like going to this location. This evening we went, again they messed up our order, then I went to fill my pop and one of the ice machines was begining to grow mold. I told the front and they didn't say anything just went to look at the machine and I went to our table. My kids had been playing in the playplace and we stat down to eat. Half way through our meal someone came into the play place and said "sorry but the play place is supose to be closed, can we ask you to move to another table?" I said my 3 kids (8, 3 and 2 yrs) only have a couple bites left and then we will leave. He said that was fine and he left. Not even two mins later another guy comes in (the guy who I told about the mold) and he says we have to leave the play place because its closed. I said we are just about done and the other guy said we could finish. He said no we had to leave and he would help move our stuff.... I told him no, my kids are just about done, then we would leave ( seriously, a toddlers fist full of fries and two or three bites of a kids burger). Then he asked me (very rudly I may add) why am I making an issue about moving! He then spent about 3 minutes full on arguing with me about how I should just get up and get out of their way because I wasnt supose to be in there. ( the door was open and there are no posted times, we just came in for some food). I said I can't believe you have the nerve to come in here and harass us like this after we were told we could stay to finish, not to mention the mold. He said it probably wasn't mold or anything to worry about and that I was the one creating issues because I wasn't leaving. Once I started clearing our table he tried to do the BS customer service apologies "I am sorry this has happened, it should have been handled better" then continued to say I should have just left the area.
The last three times we came here my children didn't feel good. I assumed it was something else. But after seeing the mold I am sure it was from the food at this location. We will never return to this...
Read moreI'm not one to leave reviews usually unless something really stands out. Unfortunately for this location almost half the time I've gone to it their has been an issue with either my order or the employees working at the windows.
So this is the closest mcdonalds to my residence so I have gone to this location about 25 times, 10 out of those 15 times they gave me a piece if ham instead if sausage on my breakfast sandwich...I clearly amstaged 2 or 3 times everything to make sure it's sausage..and somehow they usually mess it up. Also 1 time I had a bunch of egg shells in my sandwich.. disgusting.
I won't describe anybody, but theirs a person who works at the windows who is beyond rude...my mothers card tap didn't work so she had to enter itnjntk the slot and he mumbles " are you stupid " I let him know-how he will never be rude to my mother kr any customer again ...he got the point.
And one time their was a lady who wouldn't give me ketchup...she tried to charge me 3p cents for ketchup....I canceled my murder and that was my last time their... theirs no fee fkrnketchup..
So this...
