McDonald's — Restaurant in Ottawa

Worst service I ever received from any store I went many McDonald's, Tim Hortons or many food chain even pizza stores to pickup online order for Uber or doordash or my order and here it happened third time today again and same guy working i donot know the name because they are not wearing name tags. First of all my order came in store before and they never know before and today as well then he has to do something in his screen so that it will display in orders and then he served minimum 15 orders in front of me in which more than 10 customers came after me. I keep asking and waiting and he took more than 15-20 minutes in 1 order When i told him at last that's not good more than 15 mins in my order and you served others before me and he even said I have to serve store orders before the delivery order. Then why you guys even take Uber or doordash customer order if you going to serve them not by turn but at last only. We also have that our job to pick order on time and deliver to customer. This is the worst service I received in my job even pizza ones are more faster than this fast food suppose to be store Owner or manager should explain them to serve orders by their turn and give equal amount of attention...

i had ordered my coffee online at 4:05 knowing it would be rush hour for you guys and had been at the counter at 4:10 pm but before me there were 3 orders so i waited patiently but when it was my turn as in the sequence on the screen i was been side tracked and i could see the guy who had order after me getting their orders their drinks which were a cold coffees and than when it was my turn again after serving all i am being told that it will still take around 2 min as they brewed new batch of coffee  so what should i understand out of this ?? And i receive my coffee  at 4:21pm  i appreciate that i got it served on my table by the employee but my question to you guys is that 1)so why was i been side tracked if i was ahead in the queue 2)it takes you guys to make a small coffee 1 cream and sugar around 16 min ?3)what i understood from this is i ordered online  my order was dine in and received late my friend ordered take out he got it before me so next time even if it is a dine in i should always hit take out right and than ask you guys to prepare a dine in for me for my oder after it is packed right to make your job more difficult right ? The manager lady racially profiled me saying I could not order because I will steal. I ordered a cup of water like usual because I work in the Walmart and always get my lunch with a cup of water, anyway the lady said no because she said I will get pop instead. How can I get pop if they fill the water themselves. And then she said I will pour it out and get pop. That made me so mad and I asked her how are you going to accuse me of stealing and then she said I will call security. So damnnn rude. And the crazy thing is we smile at each other everyday. Yea I was not pleased. I asked her for her name and she said she does not have to give it to me. I asked another worker and her what was the policy against a cup of water and she said no policy I just don’t want to give it to you. And I said if the issue is the cup I will pay for the cup and she said no and continued to racially profile me. She is racist and I will not be back.
