This restaurant is absolutely disgusting! As a previous loyal costumer I have seen multiple safety and health guidelines broken and blatantly disrespected. The employees are nice but don’t let that fool you as they are perfectly okay with serving their customers close to rotting vegetables and lie about vegan/ vegetarian options for example the the spring rolls are not vegan/ vegetarian friendly or the soups but they’ll tell you that it is so that u will buy it as well as the unsanitary dishes they re-use to serve their costumers and using the same bowls for vegetables and different meats and animal products. They don’t even wash their Pans with soap just water, heat And an unsanitary pan scrub that has bits and pieces of all the previous meals..after every cooked meal! Definitely would not recommend to anyone with allergies, intolerances or anyone who expects...

So disappointed. I’ve ordered the pad sew through ubereats with this location 12 times in the past 6 months (16 if you count other locations). I order a bunch of extras and due to this I usually receive my food in a bowl as the contents won’t all fit in a take out container.

Today, I made my usual order and received the normal takeout container. I was confused but figured hey maybe they just packed it well... Nope. What I received was 1/2 of a standard order.

I’m really disappointed. As a frequent customer at Thai express all over the city, I’ve never received such a small portion before- especially considering the list of extras I add in. Unless some effort is made to correct this, I will never purchase from this...

Hi, I’ve been coming here for a few months. You guys have a gluten-free option which I get exclusively because of my celiac disease. Today, however, they seemed to completely ignore my special order.

I’ve been bringing my food home & getting sick from it. This is about the 10th time this has happened to me but today was the first time I caught on to what may be causing it, and the employees at the location didn't seem to care!!

Is there anything anyone can do?

I’ve already messaged you guys on Facebook, but you don’t seem to really care? This use to be a good location!

I’d like this fix, since this is the only location that’s close to me where I don’t have to...
