WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER* While being in the city, late, during covid, I drove to this establishment with my family. I have been driving for nearly three hours with my four year old and husband. We decided to stop, at this mcdonalds to get food, and me being 9 months pregnant, quickly use the washroom. I saw a customer being walked out of the dining room area (8pm), the same time I was outside the door. I was turned away by the manager, while he was letting a customer, out of the dining room area, that I, "could not use the washroom, because the dining room area was closed at 7pm". I am beyond a measurement of embarrassment, to ask someone to do something as basic as being able as using a bathroom, nearly crying when told I could not come in, while he was clearly letting out a customer from the dining room area (an hour after the dining room closed), and it was suggested I go to the construction store, as they might be open. I am 9 months pregnant, it was an emergency. Completely unprofessional, substandard for such a big company. How is it not anywhere online this location closes dining at 7pm??? I would not have had to experience such an uncompassionate, unprofessional, heartless person. I work nearby and every time I've thought to give this place another chance they have only shown me that they are incapable of taking a basic order with the drive through. Literally. They will ignore you and you will sit there next to the speaker and watch as the other lane just cruises on by. Not just one or two cars, many.
Today four cars drove past me before I just gave up and drove up to the first window since I was lucky enough to be at the head of the line for a change instead of trapped between waiting cars. When I asked the staff member at the window what was going on she explained that there are two people manning the lanes, one per side.
My experiences with other McD's has always been one person manning the drive through. I guess this isn't the case for everywhere although the only ones I go to are always busy in the mornings and lunch times and are on busy streets). Maybe it's not the case for every hour (ie lunch rush). Whatever is going on here, management needs to get their act together.

We know with our detailed order it's safer to use the kiosk to enter our order. We picked table service to give it a try. Shortly after our food arrived hot,properly made and we all eat our meals happily!
One of the kiddos has now noticed the donuts! We hurry over to the cash noticing there are only 2 sprinkle donuts left. I buy 6 donuts because who can resist a tiny Boston cream! I pay and she asks if I would like it brought over to my table. Still glowing from my first expense with table service I said yes. I should have just waited but alas I did not. 10 minutes goes by... long gone are the 2 sprinkle donuts that the kids wanted.... I was hopeful that they were safely packed away waiting to be brought out.
I decide to go get the donuts myself since the kids have been super patient at this point. After a short interaction with the nice drive through lady I realize they had forgotten my order. After another 10 minutes waiting for the manager we left with no donuts but our money back.
