To preface, we have been to this location and the Toronto locations multiple times before with good review posted about the food and service. Latest visit: I spoke with the manager about reserving a table for my wife’s birthday for 8pm about 4 weeks in advance. A week prior, manager called that since the birthday is on the 24th the hours will be shorter and asked to move our reservation to 5pm. We arrived p, very excited, at 4:57pm and were told the restaurant is closing at 5. No call to update us that our evening is cancelled, complete disregard for our time and reservation. We are used to places cancelling reservations due to the birthday falling on 24th, but have some class and at least call patrons that have spent a lot of money with you in the past, made plans and may need a heads up about your random schedule adjustments. Today, I visited Delyées Luxury Desserts to shoot content for myself and my business. I’m very grateful that we were allowed to film in the establishment, as this is very important to me. We create content for businesses, and I truly appreciate places that support and encourage our creativity.

We ordered a delicious dessert and coffee – everything was incredibly tasty! We had a wonderful time. The waitress served us at the highest level, very professionally and kindly. My wife was happy, and I was even more so.

Additionally, we met the manager and had a great conversation. The atmosphere here is perfect for a pleasant time, and the service leaves the best impressions.
