People! Don’t get fooled with rating of this place like us and awards mean nothing in this place’s case.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We came here on August 1, holiday of Ontario, place was very empty only 1 table had group of 6 guests and the rest tables were empty (place had around 10 tables).

We came for the first time to this place cause we saw it rated high and it even got an award. My husband and I are vegetarians and came here as we saw vegetarian dishes in the menu. The moment we arrived we were welcomed with rudeness and aggressive behavior of the female server of approx age of 50 year old. She was not pleased to answer our questions regarding the ingredients of the dishes and rushed us to our table. We made decision for the food and when we asked her she would turn back and ignore us and leave us alone. Finally when she took our paper with decided food items and rushed to the kitchen and I went to her to make sure she is clear that items should not contain eggs. When it seemed she understood she walked to the kitchen and stepped on my foot very strongly and didn’t apologize.

I have been trying as many Pho restaurants in the city and this by far was my worst one yet. I made sure to check online first and see what people recommend and this looked promising. Sadly my experience was not good at all.

I got the beef Pho bowl with beef balls, brisket and rare beef as well as to Vietnamese meatballs & spring rolls to start. The spring rolls were the tastiest of all three and actually really enjoyed them. The meatballs had a nice texture but tasted almost like burnt plastic!! I sent them back and they didn’t charge me thankfully but that really left a bad taste in my mouth. The bowl had no flavour in terms of the broth but also the beef was just completely tasteless. The beef balls weren’t easy to chew (very tough texture) and the brisket was basically all fat which was unfortunate.

I paid for the spring rolls and pho and it came to around $30 with a tip. Had to go get a sandwich from Di Rienzo’s because I was obviously still hungry and barely had any of the pho. Won’t be returning here but wish the owners the...

My first time ever writing a food review and unfortunately it is a bad one.

The food was okay, mediocre at best, do I expect a little more for 16 dollars? Sure, but the food wasn’t the issue. The issue is the female server.

Many reviews here also mentioned her and they are not wrong, if you come during “busier” hours - I came at 6 pm. She will be RUNNING - I’m not kidding, food smashed on the table, spare no time for any interactions with customers, let alone questions, she seemed to be in a big rush that wasn’t needed to be… (it wasn’t that busy). Loud noises when she cleared the plates as well.

Then once I paid for my food, she came to clear my table immediately, grabbed my can of pop that I barely drank and was gonna take home to finish, so weird, make the whole experience so uncomfortable and eerie. She is rude, not a single thank you, not a single smile.
