Utterly and hopelessly disorganized.

After buying a few things from them during the summer, I placed an order for some mekelesha spice and gluten-free injera. They told me they'd phone when the items were ready. They didn't. But when I phoned them yesterday, they said they'd be ready in the afternoon, and I told them I'd be in either later in the day or tomorrow to pick them up.

For me it was an enjoyable experience to watch the injera being made and to know that the dark flour is made from teff and Barley and quinoa which is all so nutritious... I tried the white injera for the first time.. Both the white and the dark were delicious. I froze some as they told me then it was fine after microwaving... Enjoyed looking at the imported spices and the teacups spices. I will return and hope that one day I can learn how to...
