I have never encountered such abysmal customer service as I did with this Pizza Hut location. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me with no other conclusion than to label their practices as outright fraudulent.
On Dec 03 2024, I placed an order totaling $75.70, and not only was the food never prepared or delivered, but the excuses provided by the staff were completely unacceptable. They claimed that Uber Eats canceled the order and refused to reimburse them. This reasoning is utterly flawed, as I directly connected Pizza Hut with Uber Eats, and the platform confirmed that the order was processed and charged. The responsibility lies squarely with Pizza Hut to provide the goods I paid for.
What’s more troubling is the attitude and incompetence of the branch manager, Mr. Hassan. Despite multiple conversations, he failed to resolve the issue and instead repeated the same nonsensical excuse. It’s clear that customer service and accountability are foreign concepts to this individual and this restaurant.
This incident reflects one of two possibilities: either Pizza Hut at 1581 Greenbank Road has found a convenient way to scam customers, pocketing money without providing services, or they are woefully incapable of managing their operations effectively. Regardless, this is a disgraceful way to run a business.
To make matters worse, Uber Eats has agreed to report this incident as a safety issue, and I will also pursue a chargeback to recover my funds. Additionally, I am prepared to release photos, receipts, and chat transcripts with Uber Eats to publicly expose this scam-like behavior.
Ottawa has plenty of better alternatives, and I strongly urge others to avoid this Pizza Hut location at all costs. This was a horrible experience, and I would not wish...

So last night I went and buy another medium meat lover Pizza and a portion of chicken wings.and I asked the Cashier (who were rather not being polite) to do half of the wings are spicy and half tossed in honey garlic sauce. I took them home without opening/checking the box of the chicken wings,to my surprised,they actually give me a kind of chicken nuggets/boneless chicken bite as it says in my receipt.so I called them and explain my part and the guy i spoken to,told me that they are closing for the night,and i told him that i was not going to order,I was just trying to explain the meal that I had,but he put the phone down,so I dialed it again but no one answer. Read moreI hope no one ever goes to this Pizza Hut because it has the worst staff and the worst food to match it. I had an inconvenience last night where I ordered food for pick up at around 10:30. When I brought the food home and checked, they didn’t package the wings properly which had buffalo sauce spill everywhere on my other food. Other than that the boneless bites were extremely salty. I called first thing the next morning since the restaurant was closed by the time we got the food. Firstly there was an employee apparently named sumanshu who was extremely rude and also hung up the phone the first time. When I called again she was rude again and said she couldn’t do anything about it, I asked for her name and said she can’t give it, it’s company policy. I asked to talk to the manager and she passed it on after 5-10 minutes. The manager before even listening to my problem said yeah yeah I know, and that there’s nothing he can do because I didn’t call or bring the food back last night. He was extremely rude as well, and said there’s nothing he can do.
