I visited this Starbucks on Thursday July 25th. I went through the drive through and ordered two Frappuccinos. One was a Dbl Choc chip. I was advised that the store is out of chocolate chips, but they could sub cookie crumble. I said no, as Iām celiac and cannot have cookie crumble. I was very clear, and said I would just have the drink without the chips. I got my drinks and left, and started drinking my frapp right away. There were some chunks, which I initially thought were ice. But then I got a large mouthful of cookie crumble. I turned around and drove back to the store. I told the girl inside (the one who had served me), and she didnāt apologize. She stated, āI can remake it,ā but knowing that I was about the get super sick from consuming gluten, I said I would just prefer a refund. She rolled her eyes and said, āI donāt know how to do that,ā and went to get someone who did. The man who helped me next was extremely apologetic. I explained that I was getting married in two days and that getting poisoned by gluten was very upsetting. He issued me a refund and asked what else he could make me. Iām grateful that he stepped in, and tried to make things better, but my experience at this store with the girl was so negative, first with her making my drink so carelessly, second with her not apologizing or even seeming to care, that I wonāt return to...

I ordered 4 drinks and they made them wrong TWICE EACH. and the employees were very rude each time I told them they made my order wrong. I finally received my correct order, 45 mins later. One employee came out to my car and told me "we'd like to ask that next time you come earlier just in case there's any mistakes". I came during opening hours, it is NOT my fault they had to remake my drinks EIGHT TIMES BEFORE GETTING THE ORDER RIGHT. It is not my responsibility as a customer, coming in 30 mins before closing, for 4 drinks, to accommodate for the lack of competence of the employees. Instead of telling me to come earlier so they can have time to fix mistakes, they should listen and confirm my order before having to redo it EIGHT TIMES. Every employee I approached asking for my order to be corrected, rolled her eyes at me as if it's on me. Very disappointed in the service and how rude they were. The employees need to take responsibility for the fact that they made my order wrong so many times, instead of coming out to my car and telling me to come earlier next time to account for time...

I asked to check where I was in the queue and the barista told me that he couldnāt check because checking takes time and if heās checking then heās not making drinks. Ok I get your point but please also understand that Iām asking because I want to know whether or not I should continue waiting because Iām going to be late to work. I had to flag another barista down to ask and she tells me Iām next. 10 minutes later Iām still waiting, drink hasnāt been made yet. So I just leave, knowing full well Iāll be calling customer service to get my drink refunded. As Iām leaving, the guy goes oh youāre not waiting for you drink? ..Are you being serious?
