Services 0. I recently visited Pizza Hut at 1831 Robertson Road, Unit 17 Nepean, Ontario, Canada, as a regular customer. The staff at the restaurant, particularly the two girls working there, were friendly and helpful. However, during my visit, there was an unfortunate incident that left me disappointed.
While my order was being prepared, a staff member, who I believe was the manager, started working on my pizza with a dirty knife and cutting board. I politely pointed out the issue and requested that he use a clean utensil. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, he became angry and displayed a rude attitude towards me. Despite explaining that I was a customer and deserved respect, he dismissively claimed that he didn’t care.
Furthermore, he mentioned his identity as an Indian Mus, which seemed irrelevant to the situation. His behaviour towards me appeared to be a result of his issues rather than any cultural or religious matter. This kind of misconduct and unprofessionalism left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
In response to my dissatisfaction, the Pizza Hut manager arrogantly stated that he didn’t care about my concerns and refused to listen to me. He even threatened to deny me any food if I didn’t comply with his inappropriate handling of the situation. It was clear that he was abusing his position of authority and showed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
Given the Pizza Hut @ Robertson, Ottawa manager’s unacceptable behaviour, I would strongly advise the people of Ottawa to avoid this particular Pizza Hut location 1813, Robertson Road, Unit 17 Nepean, Ontario, and refrain from supporting their business. Such unprofessional conduct and unnecessary attitude should not be tolerated. The manager should understand the importance of treating customers with respect and adhering to Canadian business standards. It is essential for accountability to be established regarding his actions and to put the leash on his neck., this is possible when people stop giving him business.
In the end, I left the Pizza Hurt store with a refund, and hopefully, never cme back again. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I hope that my feedback will help to improve the Pizza Hut restaurant businesses and customer service in the...

I ordered pizza yesterday and the driver came to my home half an hour late with no debit machine. We made arrangements to contact the store the next day regarding it. ( The food delivery was around 930, they close for 10.. Ordered around 8pm). We ate our cold, late pizza, and slept.
The driver began to text us around 11pm harassing us for the debit payment. We texted him back to let him know we'd call the store in the morning. We told him we were asleep.
Instead, the driver took it upon himself to drive to my residence after the store had closed and demand a payment. After a verbal argument and waking my children up...I don't think it's okay for a stranger to come to my house at 11 in the night?!
A lack of planning on your end does not constitute an emergency on mine. I absolutely will not be doing business with the store any longer.
This amount of stress isn't worth a $20 pie. Absolutely ridiculous.. it isn't like I refused to pay it when he delivered it, he didn't have a machine! I used to have TWO when I delivered.
TDLR: Delivery Driver fumbled his evening shift and forgot his payment machine, so he came to harass me much later after the store closed for same day payment.

They claimed they tried to call me, but the number they used came up as spam on my phone. No voicemail was left, and no email was sent notifying me that my order had been canceled. I only found out it was cancelled when I called to check on the status of my order as it had passed the delivery window listed on the website. When I spoke to a representative, they were rude and insisted that I hadn’t entered my address correctly—despite the fact that online orders automatically fill out the address and my confirmation email having the correct address. They then tried to blame me for not answering a phone call from an unknown number, expecting me to know it was them.
