Terrible experience at this location. I ordered one night , and as I am a traveler staying at the hotel next door, had limited options available. I ordered a 20 piece of chicken bites. It came in a single box. I asked for another extra box, so my children may split the meal. I was refused. I offered to pay for a separate box ( even though realistically had I of ordered two separate 10 piece orders, I would of had the second box). Needless to say, she refused to provide a box, or disposable plate, I let the employee know that I was - and I quote- " shocked it is so difficult to get a second box ". She proceeded to scoff at me, however; I brushed it off as her having a tough day, paid, and went about my night.
The next night, I went back in, and politely asked for the same order, however I would order two separate orders of 10 piece chicken bites, so I could alleviate the single box issue. The same employee yelled, informed me the store was closed ( there were two other people she proceeded to serve , and the store was open for 34 mins longer ) . I asked her if this was necessary to behave this way, and if I could please get the name of the person I could speak to , to inform them that this was unacceptable. I asked more than 12 separate times, and she stayed quiet. I began to walk out of the store, her husband came in. Identified as the owner. I asked for his name. He refused to provide it. And told me to exit the store ( which up until that point I was not asked, nor would I have declined to do so ). He so eloquently used a racial slur , as I was on my way out.
I quite honestly am shocked at the severity of her behaviour, and am chaulking this all up to a less than stellar business, with less than stellar business practices.

Read moreOrdered a pizza and looked fine when I picked it up. When I got home, and took I bite, I realized there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. I ordered "extra" and believe the person making it must have read "easy". Called pizza pizza, and spoke to customer support on the phone. I was told to keep my old pizza, bring nothing with me, and a new pizza would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. I showed up at this location 10 minutes later to get my pizza, had to sit and wait 30 more minutes to get my pizza.
I was asked if I brought proof there was little sauce, and repeated what I was told on the phone. Instead of someone owning up to an honest mistake which I was understanding about, they tried place the blame on me trying to say I was just trying to get a free pizza, I saw the pizza before leaving and never said anything then, given many excuses, after sitting there for 30 minutes more than I was told.
When finally getting the pizza I ordered, the gentleman who served it to me, told me he put lots of sauce to make sure it was what I wanted. He then asked me if it looked fine. I said yes, but can't see the sauce (which I understand is under the cheese and toppings), so I asked if I could take a bite of the pizza to make sure the sauce is there, before agreeing. He said no, and tried showing me it looks fine... How can I know it's fine, if I can't see the resolution of the previous issue. Sauce is under the toppings and cheese, so how can I see it.... Also the second pizza wasn't well done like I ordered, but at that point, an hour later after I had ordered the original pizza, I just wanted to eat. So I took it and left.

Read moreThey like to charge you twice!! I ordered an extra-large pizza special and paid for it through PayPal. When my son went to pick it up, they charged him double the price and claiming that I had not paid for it. Not only did they charge me twice, the second time they chard way too much. I was on the phone for an hour trying to sort it out. In the end, we had to drive back for them to fix their attempt at extorting an extra $32 from us. Very much a scam from my point of view. My guess is that they are dealing with inflation by stealing money from their unformed customers. Better just to tell us the real price up front and let us decide if we can afford it. By the time the problem was solved the pizza was cold. Very bad experience—back to Pizza Hut for us. Update: I did get my $32 back and they also refunded the total cost of the pizza.
