I went through the drive-thru I ordered a strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino with caramel crunch topping! I drink I order all the time as it's my favourite, they put no strawberry in my drink anywhere except for a tiny bit on the top when I asked the girl where all the strawberry was she tried to tell me but that's the only place they add strawberry to the drink. However I know that that's false and this might sound silly but every time I get Starbucks I posted on my Snapchat and I save it to my phone. So I asked her basically to remake the drink because I wanted strawberry like it's supposed to she denied making me a new drink handed me a cup of the Strawberry mix and more or less told me to fix it myself!!! Now please tell me how I'm supposed to remake a drink while driving with none of them machines and one like this boggles my mind. Starbucks is not cheap and I am a very good customer however I will never come back to the Starbucks on Robertson Road. I think I would honestly just teach your drive through stuff to be a little more patient I know it's busy I know drive-thru can be hectic and it really keeps you on your toes as I work drive-thru before so I completely understand however if you're having a bad day don't take it out on the customers and if it's an order's wrong and you need to remake it and not handed to the customer with attitude and say no I can't I'll give you a cup of strawberry puree and you can do it yourself. #disappointedcustomer THIS IS WHAT ITS supposed to look like...

There was one employee, her name is Eevee (if my memorybserves me right, she has platinum/blonde hair) made a mistake with my order. Knstead of iced green tea latte, i got a green tea lemonade. I just told her " i dont think this is green tea latte", took the drinm back and said it's not wihout apologizing. She had this "pissed off" face already when i entered the store, no smile, like "bad day" face. I am not really pissed off, i dont even care if she made a wrong drink for me as she made my drink right after anyway. However, while I was waiting for my deink, she was making somebody else's. When she was finished making the drink, she just left the drink on the counter without telling what and who's the drink for. Me and the customer just stared to each other and even asked me if it was my drink and told him no. She was so rude while answering when the guy asked if it was his drink. I know that maybe she had a bad day, but please dont take it on the customer. The cashier didnāt say anything the entire time except āyeahā when I asked if they had hot breakfast items since it wasnāt displayed anywhere. She placed my drink on the counter without saying anything and again when my hot item was ready, placed it on the counter without saying anything. In fact the other barista working asked me if I was waiting for anything because the original barista didnāt say a word indicating that it would be a minute. I knew it would be so I waited which was fine but for a second I wondered if she forgot my hot item because again she didnāt say anything. In fact, she turned her back to me.
