I've been coming to this location on and off for 15 years and the person who was in store this Saturday (Feb 4) during the afternoon (around 2pm) was extremely rude. I later would learn that his name is Tamim. I ordered a poutine, a box of onion rings and a fanta. I dined indoor. While eating, I realized that the poutine had little to no gravy at the bottom. It was basically just fries. I came to the counter to see Tamim, but he wasn't even willing to come to the counter. From a distance, he rudely told me that that's the max amount of gravy. He then told me to leave and not come back and even went on to say that "Back in your home, it's like that, but here's it's different". I asked him to see the manager, but he told me he was alone and nobody else was there. Had I know he was going to be this rude and discriminatory , I would have recorded it. I later learned through a worker I know at the location 1950 Montreal road that Tamim didn't show up to work and that he wasn't a good employee, which would make sense given his interaction with me. Read moreWell I've been loyal to you guys since moving to the area in 2017 I enjoy going into the store with my kids for a treat and never had a problem the staff knows us and are always friendly.i also ordered for delivery a lot I know things are never gonna be perfect but whoever's made my pizzas on a few occasions has no pride in what you're store stands behind frome a rude delivery driver too a pizza that I know was a mistake and has sat around for a while on top off your oven put back into the oven to be reheated and pound off on a loyal customer who has in my day worked in a fewe pizzeria and is a cook for a living not at all cool and it's not the first time I have received something so horrible my dog if I had one would turn his nose up to it that's not right.and please mister owner it's well documented please cheek into it.i guess what I'm saying is that last night was my final order with your store and you have lost my business.wish I could let you try this pizza for yourself and you would agree...

Last ordered in November, my panzerotti wasn't fully baked (calzone) and received the wrong dips. When I called to complain, was going to get it remade and correct dips. 3 mins after getting off the phone; store manager called to be very rude. Raised voice, interrupted, then argued with. When I spoke to a supervisor, was told it will be taken seriously and to expect the correct items shortly. 2hrs later, called back to be told the manager called to complain that I was rude. I had asked it to be noted this manager may also be the district manager and will abuse their power and block my address.
1 month later, tried to order only to be told by the app they did ban my address because they deliver to any of my neighbour's within my condo development but not my address. Just called to have this abuse of power investigated. They won't do much. So I moved to Little Ceasars - better pizza...
