Read moreI ordered a twelve inch tuna sub on honey oat bread today. The bread only had a couple of specs of oats on it. I mentioned this to the employee that was making my sandwich, but he told me this is the way it comes. I know for a fact that this is a false statement, because it's not the first time I buy it from other subways. As the employee was scooping out the tuna he was only using 3/4 of a scoop rather than a full scoop. I asked him to add another scoop in order to compensate for the missing tuna, but he became extremely rude and started to get rough with my sandwich. He started throwing around the vegetables and didn't care about the presentation of the sandwich. I rate this restaurant one out of five because of the lack of customer care and respect.
