I stopped by Subway recently and was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they worked efficiently even during a busy lunch rush. I ordered the Oven-Roasted Turkey on Italian Herbs & Cheese, and it was made exactly how I like it—plenty of fresh veggies, just the right amount of sauces, and warm, toasted bread that actually tasted fresh (not something you can say about every fast food spot!). The ingredients looked and tasted clean, crisp, and well-stocked. What I appreciate most about Subway is the ability to customize everything. Whether I’m in the mood for something lighter or more indulgent, I always find an option that works. Their new menu upgrades and seasonal limited-time sandwiches also keep things interesting. There used to be a girl here whose name started with “Re,” and she was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. She wasn’t just friendly—she was genuinely caring, always remembered my order, and made the best sandwiches with so much attention and pride. Every visit felt personal because of her.

I ordered a twelve inch tuna sub on honey oat bread today. The bread only had a couple of specs of oats on it. I mentioned this to the employee that was making my sandwich, but he told me this is the way it comes. I know for a fact that this is a false statement, because it's not the first time I buy it from other subways. As the employee was scooping out the tuna he was only using 3/4 of a scoop rather than a full scoop. I asked him to add another scoop in order to compensate for the missing tuna, but he became extremely rude and started to get rough with my sandwich. He started throwing around the vegetables and didn't care about the presentation of the sandwich. I rate this restaurant one out of five because of the lack of customer care and respect.
