Sad to write this because I have only ever left positive reviews but this my first ever 1 star. If I could do 0 I would. heres how my experience was today. When I usually ordered a sandwich the staff ask me what cheese before I toast it. I guess they changed their menu now so I ordered a sandwich and it has predetermined cheese which I didnt know and she toasted it with mozzerella I then noticed and said I didnt want that cheese and nicely asked for a different one because I didnt know that was going to happen. I had to get another sandwhich and I didnt put any topping on the other sandwhich or take it. It was just bread and cheese and the young guy at the cash went back to ask her if he should charge for 1 or 2 and she goes, "its not my problem, he has to pay for 2". I think its crazy I was charged 16$ for that bread and cheese. I dont care about the 16$ but this says a lot about the owner and how their run their business. Anyway I was charged 32$ and I took 1 sandwich with me and even then they put the most minimal lettuce and give looks when you...

I asked for a terriaki crunch and wasn't paying attention before she put it in the oven. So it came out as a turkey ranch sub. When I said that's not what I asked for, both employees starred at us as if we had 6 heads, instead of fixing their obvious mistake. Instead of apologizing and making things better with the correct sandwich, they said, well you should've noticed before I put it in the oven. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and the employees made the interacrion extremely awkward and not what a sandwich experience should be. Maybe some training is needed for these two young ladies. I have never been expected to double check someone's work at a place where I am not employed. We will not be returning to...
ย ย ย Read moreWas refused service because I tried to carry a debate. A shortage of lettuce still requires thats lettuce covers the bread not sprinkled as if it were a seasoning. I was yelled at for speaking on behalf my partner I was trying to purchase food with. The older lady refused to listen and told me to go elsewhere so I proceeded to leave and go to produce depot where sure enough I could have purchased as much lettuce as I wanted.
Horrendous service the woman's attitude was repulsive and made it seem as though she was uneducated and incapable of carrying a simple conversation so she just yelled. I refuse to go to Subway again for fear that I may loose brain cells trying to explain that it's not rude to ask for what you are paying for that's how commercialism works.
