Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

I loved coming here. It was my go-to place with my husband. However tonight changed my view. I ordered two footlong subs. It costed me $22. I picked up my order and left. One sub was inedible. It was rock hard and unpleasant to eat. It was practically impossible. I called this location to ask if I'm able to get either a refund or a remake of the sub. I wasn't mad at all because things happen. The worker got impatient with me and said "You asked to get it grilled, so it will be hard" Okay, yes I did. Did I ask to receive it rock hard? No. I was not able to take a bite. I made it clear. She got defensive and told me she's not the manager. I never asked for a manager! I was asking for either a refund or a remake! She made up an excuse and said "I have a customer, I'll call you back" and ended the call on me. She never asked for my number back, so obviously this is BS. That's disgusting behavior. There's two workers there right now. That's $14 gone. If you order a sub here and it's inedible, don't expect your money back. Clearly they want to keep...

The worst subway store ever. Literally the worst. I don’t have minus ratings to give unfortunately otherwise even they would be more for this store.

Firstly I don’t understand, every time I order from the application, my orders go to this store. Secondly, their associates either don’t know how to make the sandwiches or they’re just too incompetent and careless to make them. Every time I order, I make sure to select grilled and toasted but the sandwiches are never grilled and there’s always something or the missing in the sandwiches.

The HIGHLIGHT OF THIS STORE: WHEN YOU CALL THIS STORE AND TRY TO EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEMS, THE ASSOCIATES ON CALL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CUT THE CALLS ON YOUR FACE AND WALK AWAY. I SERIOUSLY WONDER HOW ON EARTH IS THIS STORE RUNNING. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PLEASE SHUT THE STORE. The service is consistently quick, and they never mess up an order. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism. Keep it up! My favorite Subway in town! They always have fresh bread and crisp veggies. The staff here truly make the difference. I visited during lunch hours and was impressed with how efficiently they handled the rush. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. Would surely recommend to anyone nearby.
