So extremely upset still especially seeing subway is one of my favorites I ordered for 2 through their app and they reversed the bun and toppings not only once but twice the second time I irdered through a delivery service. Spoke to the owner who accused me of lying not once but twice. So I thought we'll I'll double check again but both emails confirmed I ordered correctly and they made the mistake. The second time I called they lied about who I was talking too the first time I was told it was the owner the second time same voice but just an employee. They never returned my call as promised and never rectified the over $60 in mistakes. I am so angry and upset that they would one not fix it but actually call me a liar the first time the manager even said I double checked the order myself.... really?? Since when does a manager check to see an employee put the right toppings kn the right bun?
I tried to forget it because my goal is to promote local as I am a lifelong community member but this situation has been holding space in my thoughts. I purchased a meatball sandwich from this Subway location on May 14 at 2:00 PM. The sandwich had very few meatballs and the bread was stale. When I commented, "Wow, you're cutting costs, hey?" the staff member laughed dismissively.
I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. The food did not appear to be prepared with any quality control or oversight—it makes me feel like I could be eating something unsafe. This experience does not reflect the standards I expect from a Subway franchise.

Read moreI visited this Subway location on March 12, 2025, around 3:45 PM, and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever all because of the manager. This man was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me like a proper manager should, he was dismissive and unwilling to understand my concerns. Zero customer service skills.
A manager should set the tone for their team, but this one only made the experience worse. If this is the standard Subway accepts, then that’s a problem. I truly hope the corporate office sees this and takes action because no paying customer or anyone should be treated this...
