this place is a joke. I normally don't leave reviews, especially bad ones since I know what it's like working/owning a fast food restaurant since I have one of my own downtown Ottawa, but today was the final straw. There usually isn't a time when my order is correct with at this location, but usually it's something small that I don't sweat over it. Last time I went, I ordered a ham and cheddar with no sauce...I got a ham and cheddar with no sauce/lettuce/tomatoes...dry sandwich but I was on the road and didn't have time to turn back. This time, I ordered a large and medium iced capp with 50 timbits. I asked for a drink tray at the speaker as they had a sign saying for any extra stuff like that they need to be asked for at the speaker, ok, no problem. Got to the window, was given the tray with wobbly cups of iced capps on it. I grab the tray with both hands, pretty hard to do out of a car window, but I did it as I needed to make sure I can balance the cups so I can fix them. As soon as i get them in the car, botch cups fall all over me and my seat making a mess...then the lady at the window gives me my timbits with some extra napkins and disappears so I had to pull over in to the parking lot to clean the mess hoping I can get as much as i can off me and especially off my seats before they soak in. Unfortunately, as usually, wasn't given enough napkins at this location so I had to rush home so I can try to clean off whatever was left.
Yeah I definitely won't be returning to this shi*hole. Not once have I had staff there make my order correctly. Only go there because it's down the street from my house. I'll drive the extra 2min from now on. You...
Read moreThis place needs replacement staff due to inconsiderate incompetence. Ordered two icecaps and had a free coffee told the woman three times and she said she'll take care of it at the window.
When I got to the window she said she couldn't give me the coffee for free because it had to be done at the time of the order.
Then I say I no longer want it and she was able to remove it from my order but couldn't be bothered to do the same process to proceed with it being free.
I guess having to push an extra button to redeem roll up the rim to win is to much work so perhaps work elsewhere.
Then she doesn't return the free coffee and when I asked for it to be returned she stated she already gave it to me and then realized she put it on another counter and has attitude cause she was proven wrong.
Apparently the reason for the attitude was because it was busy she was new and there was only two people working.
All would be valid points but unfortunately taking your crappie day out on me leaves you with one star reviews and loss of customers because management is unable to have the right amount of staff during busy times.
I say all this because Tim Hortons used to be in the top 5 coffee places and now are not even in the top 50.
Due to locations not wanting to make icecaps the company no longer making things fresh and wasting time and money on celebrities over taking care of their businesses and customers first.
Not sure why profits over quality is their new motto but eventually they'll end up like Zellers The Bay Target Dunkin Krispy Kreme and no longer be a viable...

I ordered 2 Iced Chai Latte, a bacon wrap, a crispy chicken wrap and a chicken Parmesan flatbread at 12:35pm , sat and noticed that people who came after me with similar order especially wraps got theirs and left. At 12:45pm, I approached them to ask for my order and why others got theirs while I was waiting, only for the other staff to tell her to ignore me and she walked away. The same guy who told the lady to ignore brought my order after two minutes, threw it at me and while walking away, I asked why he did that and reasons for telling his colleague to ignore me when I complained about the order taking so long while others with similar orders got theirs. He said he couldn't hear nor understand me. Really!!!!!
Then I asked to speak with the supervisor, look and behold a lady who was within the same space all along, and whom I had seen asked them what happened, came to me and said " Was there a mistake in your order?" Before I could speak, she added "Then why are you complaining, they are all very busy right now" and stormed away. And then I thought " What a supervisor ".
If Tim Hortons hire rude supervisors like the one at Tim Hortons #103754 (4764 Bank Street) at this time, there services would certainly take a bad turn, their reputation for good and professional services would be badly affected.
