Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

I went here this week around 9:40pm to just get two foot longs for me and my significant other. We were told to wait 3 minutes before being served. After 3 minutes, an uber driver came in to pickup his order and was told to wait 3 minutes. The clerk looked at us and told us we'd be waiting another additional 3 minutes after the uber drive. Mind you we're waiting to place an order and dining area is empty. 3 minutes waiting and we we're told "I don't have much bread left, I only have brown bread".

This guy was just lazy didn't want to work and pretty much wanted us to leave. You close at midnight and you're telling me you ran out of bread when clearly you rolled out a whole tray of bread to book in the oven. I'm surprised he did not say "I close in 2 and half hours and won't be able to help you".

Anyway we left and went to the location in Bells Corners that's open until 1am. Bell Corner's location has all the bread, customer service was excellent and no pushback or resistance.

Subway Iris needs to do better. Ya'll employed someone that doesn't do their job and is just there to collect a check. Despicable

Ordered online through the app. Was 2 veggie patty subs under the 17.99 for 2 BYO subs. They don’t like customers who have offers with them. Staff treats these customers like they are having pity on them.

1. The amount of lettuce was shameful. I’ve ordered from other subways before, they always cover the bottom half of the sandwich with lettuce. But the lettuce I got was nowhere near it.

2. I requested them via instructions to add jalapeños, but they didn’t. There were some other veggies missing as well, no olives, no pickles, no spinach!!!!! If there was one topping missing, I wouldn’t bother putting the review. But they made me add a review.

3. There was a small thin hair on the bread as seen in the picture. My son saw it and had to throw that half of the sandwich away.

Absolutely disgusting service. I only went there because they had better reviews than other subways in the area. But this was the first and last time I went there. The one in the bayshore mall food court is better than this location! A...

I went there this morning for their 2 english muffins for $5 deal. The lady behind the counter didnt understand me for whatever reason. They kept trying to direct me to to the $5 sub of the day even I repeatedly told her what I was looking for. I even tried to direct them where it says on the menu 'Any 2 english muffin sandwiches only $5''. The lady actually said 'where does it say that?' while shes looking directly at the menu behind her. After my 6th attempt, I said 'nevermind, have a nice day' then left the store. I went next door to their competition where they knew what they were doing.

I even sent a complaint to their head office.

Ill tell you this: Ill never go to that location again. How are these employees trained anyway? By a brain-dead monkey?
