Update Sept 14th 2024: Still hands down the best Taco Bell I've been to, it's the only one I go to anymore. The place is so so clean, the food is always fresh and delicious. Wish I could give more reviews to pull up the average because they deserve a much better rating. Very kind and pleasant staff!

This is by far the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I usually dine in the dinning room and the food is always really fresh. In fact it's the best Taco Bell I've ever had. Only once have I had fries that weren't fresh, and they did re-make my fry supreme when I mentioned it. This is not the typical fast-paced Taco bell, there are fewer employees and it isn't super fast, but I don't mind waiting when the food is fresh (Max 5 - 10 mins). The staff is always pleasant and MOST IMPORTANTLY - THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN!!!!! Probably one of the cleanest kitchens / dining rooms I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant.

To the folks complaining the food wasn't fresh after driving home with it, or getting into a "car accident"???..... you realize these are taco's and that's just the nature of the beast.... right? If you don't want a soggy hard shell ... then dine-in, they are fast food workers, not magicians.

Giovanna provided the absolute best service ever! She’s fantastic! Someone in my household has placed an order and when I went to pick it up (and request a minor change to it), Giovanna politely informed me that there wasn’t an online order placed in the Kanata location. I was quite distressed as I knew that by the time I made it to the other location it would be too late (the food would be cold) and the order needed an adjustment (which I figured it would be too late to do). At that time, she saw my distress and encouraged me to come inside the restaurant so she could take a look at it and help me. Once I got in she greeted me with a smile and was very calm and friendly. She reviewed my order, understood the issue right away and offered me some ways to help the situation. She also immediately offered to start making my meal again (this was a larger order for a family of 4); she also spoke with her manager and said I wouldn’t have to pay for it again. They were quick, the food was great and I was treated extremely well. I will definitely be going back to this location anytime we want Taco Bell! I am very grateful for Giovanna and her manager for helping me out tonight, you both are the best!...
