I was first in line to order and used a coupon to order the Whopper and Poutine, also ordered a chocolate shake on the side. Order was put through at 8:37pm, and the Whopper was made within a few minutes. After the Whopper was sitting there, the employee/Manager came over to say they did not have poutine and would have to refund my order, but would I like a fry. Presented as a refund plus a free fry for inconvenience. I said sure, but with a drink to make it even (since the poutine is more and didn't want to bother with the refund process). She THEN goes to grab the frozen bag of fries to put them in. As my whopper sits there getting cold. It's about 8:47-8:50pm at this point. I then get my drink and take a few sips. She presents me with my fries and then says "Oh! Your shake!" She goes off to make it. Comes back with a vanilla shake. Walks over to the cash and says "That'll be $2.81" - I said for what, and she says the drink... Ok. It is now close to 9pm. It should not take 20-25 minutes for the first person in line to order a meal - have each part made one at a time and then by the time you get it. IT'S ALL COLD. Complete waste of $15. Read moreSecond update 2 months later - and we're back to 1 star again. :( after my last time here I thought I could trust that I can start going to this one again. Soooo slow and disorganized again, a lack of staff to keep up with demand. Broken ice machine which I wish I had known before I made my online order because the drinks were warm (judging by previous reviews, its been over a month now with no ice), and like a few other reviews have mentioned, the beverages were also watered down. Basically, a small sliver of lettuce in the burgers which was pathetic that I'm almost thinking why bother? At least 20-25m to get my order too. Atrocious.
Update: Decided to give this another try nearly 3 years later and can say it is better than my first experience. Still a bit on the slow side but acceptable and I recieved hot food unlike I did the first time.

Read moreDuring my first and last visit to this location, the ice machine broke down and there was no ice. It would have been pleasant if they had offered a complimentary item to all the customers.
A small gesture to express their appreciation to the customer for their understanding during this inconvenient situation. Example: A snack size dessert or a discount. I mean anything.
Instead, they simply posted a note that said, "The ice machine broke down and we do not have any ice. Sorry about the hot drink."
I am not the type of client who seeks freebies, but I would have appreciate it if they offered something for the inconvenience.
The icing on the cake, I waited a while to be served even though I was the only one in line. Because they were talking instead of providing services.
When I was finally served I was informed that my order would be made fresh; however, the food arrived cold, my onion rings were saturated, overall it was a very unpleasant experience.
