The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect. — Restaurant in Ottawa

Ok I know hotel restaurants, bars and cafes don’t have the best reputation for a go to place for dining aside from the late night necessity. The Bistro at the Courtyard Marriott in Ottawa is not only one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve been to but one of the best restaurants period. I know it’s a chain and the food is supposed to be the same at all the bistros but my experience here has been amazing! The food is so good, fresh, portions are big and it’s fast. Service is ok could be improved a bit but I highly recommend coming here and trying the food! I have had the best Chicken Quesadillas here. I’ve tried the burgers which are fresh and not greasy. I’m eating the Spinache salad w chicken right now and it’s amazing! Properly dressed and perfect balance of ingredients! They must have taken great care in hiring a real chef to create and prep this food!
