I've always loved Bibi's. I first fell in love when I used to work near the beechwood location so when they opened up a location closer to home I was stoked. But theres a huge difference in quantity of food based on location. I will literally pay for 2 or 3 extra servings of chicken and I barely get anything more than I would have if I didn't pay for extra.
Even the honey loaf is considerably smaller than it was when I last ordered a few months ago, yet it still costs the same.
I'm left feeling ripped off whenever I receive my order. I don't really understand why this is happening. Its also not like its just a one time thing this has been every time over the past year. Yes I could've reviewed long ago but I wanted to give them a chance to do better since the time I came in and asked to get the extra I ordered but never got. Nothing has changed.
We are all falling prey to the inflation crisis. I get it. But it's me making lose respect for your business.
If we pay for extra we should get extra..
Maybe make it a mandate to the staff that any extra meat portions be packaged seperately and labeled as "extra" to avoid any disputes of not having received extra meat from both...
Read moreThe only way I can explain my most recent experience at BiBi’s is strange… I placed an online order for pick up at an off-peak time because past experience taught me that this location can be quite slow. I ordered two “build your own” wraps. When I got home I was presented with two bowls containing the contents of what should have been 2 wraps. No bases (ex.: rice lettuce, etc.)… no pita bread for me to actually build it myself… nothing, they just put the literal contents of the wraps in bowls. When I called to rectify the situation, they insisted I bring the bowls back in. I did try and ask that they start working on the wraps in the meantime while I made my way back but I’m 99% sure they just took the bowls I gave them back and they wrapped them up. I wish that would be the end of it there. honestly, the ratios in the sandwiches were really off and only half of the sandwiches had meat. For my troubles I was rewarded with a free cookie…. And I had to ask for a 10% off coupon for my next visit. All in all, for a place that only makes wraps and bowls, they can’t really do that right. I think I’ll save my money and go elsewhere. Just a big...
Read moreDelicious food! I'm almost hesitant to post a review, cause I don't want this place to get too packed when I want to come have lunch here. 😅 Great service from really nice people, and delicious coffee too! And beautiful interior, with very clean teal/turquoise and white - the only thing is that I'm always kind of a chilly person, especially in winter, and I can get a little cold sitting here for too long, but maybe that'll change when the weather gets colder and they turn up the heat more to compensate. Also, other people might not get cold like me (I just have really poor circulation), but still, I felt like I should mention it for a fully honest review. Still! I love being here! A great place to sit and do some work, or just hang out with friends while eating (I can't emphasize this enough) really good food. I super recommend the spicy cauliflower saj /...
