I did a pick up order from here yesterday. It took more than 40 mins for them get it ready (2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 canned drinks....$32) I was a few mins away when I ordered and I sat in my car outside the front door waiting patiently. During a Covid 19 outbreak, they have a row of chairs a few feet from the entrance with signs that say drivers have to wait behind the chairs. Delivery drivers piling in with no ability to keep social distance and any patron must squeeze past them in a small opening between the chairs. A poor set up indeed! I got confirmation that my order was ready and thankfully there were fewer delivery drivers when I walked in, but definitely not 6ft between us. I was told to wait with the delivery drivers for my pick up order (apparently if you do an Uber eats pick up, you should naturally assume you’re a driver 🙄) They handed me a bag, and I got back into my car My son opened the bag while we were still in the parking lot and the food was cold.... not lukewarm....COLD! I couldn’t be bothered to risk going back in the store to complain. I’m sure the food would have been better if I didn’t have to microwave it. Read moreEmployees arent happy to say the least. I ordered one fry and went to the cashier and said hello, how are you. She looked straight at me and said small fry? I then paid and left no tip because of this. My frys should have been warm but I can tell they had been sitting on the grill for an hour if not more because some were warm and some were cold. They were very salty more than your normal "McDonalds" dose and if I wanted to have super salty frys I'd go to McDonald's. After asking for a refund I was refused to refund for $6 fries. They were very rude and in polite and when I return the bag of fries for a refund they were very disrespectful towards me, telling me that the fries were fresh. I have worked at many places that serve frys and I can tell you they were not fresh. On top of that the way they handled the situation was poorly. There were also fruit flies flying over my head. This place is honestly a sad fry place and I highly dont recommend it. That place was a waste of time and money plus I wasnt treated nicely to begin with. Read moreI did a take out order tonight and everything about the experience was terrible. I’ve been trying to support local and of course understand the tough adjustments with covid but this was bad. I called and tried to order over the phone and was told to just come in and place my order. When I entered I was the only person in the store but it filled up quickly. There was no cap on the number of people allowed in the small space. At one point there were 4 staff in close quarters, 8 adults (plus 3 kids)waiting for food or to order and 3 delivery drivers waiting for pick up. It was absolutely impossible to social distance and I felt so uncomfortable as I tried to push myself back against the wall. My food took 25 minutes to be prepared and I watched it sit on the counter (I could see my name on the tag) for 5 minutes as the cashier put 3 other customers through ahead of me that had come in afterwards.
