Monday morning/afternoon supervisor (older lady) is a joke. She decides to be rude because of her incompetence. I ordered a hot chocolate with espresso, a sour cream glazed doughnut, a everything bagel with butter and herb and garlic cream cheese, and a 4 cheese bagel with plain cream cheese, lettuce, and sliced turkey. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to charge me for a turkey sandwich because its a bagel with lettuce. I realized a long time ago this is a very money hungry tim hortons so i just let it go and suffer the extra charges. She then proceeds to ask me what sauce i would like on the bagel and if i would like tomato or bacon as well. I told her once again " i want a 4 cheese bagel with only lettuce and sliced turkey, nothing else" she then with attitude asks me again which sauce i would like. I know its a very hard job being a minimum wage employee making hot beverages and simple sandwiches but its not that hard to listen to a order twice and not get it wrong. After pulling up to the window, instead of a hot choclate with espresso she decided to get me a french vanilla instead, a bagel with no cream cheese, and no donut. After i asked for the correct drink the supervisor with the attitude ( monday afternooon older lady supervisor) goes around to her employees trying to get them to convince me that it was hot chocolate and not french vanilla. After fixing the beverage to the proper order, i still sat there at the window waiting for my bagel to have cream cheese added, she then rudely hands it over and i paused for a minute thinking she was just being slow with getting my doughnut but she then says " now whats wrong". As i let her know i still havent received my doughnut she lets out a loud sigh and retreieves it to come back to say is that all or is something else wrong too. If she doesnt like her job or cannot handle the job maybe she should try something more simple. Its really not that hard of a job and for her to make such a big deal out of it shows alot about her. Read moreJust went through the drive thru a few minutes ago.. we ordered 2 seperate orders but no indications to which order we were paying for first at the window. Very bad communication and customer service skills. We had enough points each for a free drink that we wanted to use, the girl at the window scanned my BF's points but we noticed the price didn't change so we simply asked "hey did that go through" all we got was a "no it didn't work" so we asked her to try again and the manager came in with attitude saying" she already did" when we know for a fact they didn't try again.. so we had to pay full for our order even though it took a bunch of his points. The sad thing is we'll never visit here again.. We go to this Tim Hortons quite often because it's local and we even had a great relationship with the staff, Until recently we've noticed the morale of the store lower significantly.. the manager in the window specifically has been very rude and treats you with so much disrespect if you have any questions whatsoever. A while ago we ordered 2 iced Capps both with a shot of caramel and ended up with just one with caramel even though we saw on the screen before driving up that both had flavour shots.. she treated us like we were liars and said "well you didn't pay for two flavour shots" we felt gaslit and embarrassed because she treated us so terribly. She made us pay for the flavour shots (which is fine) but when we said "sorry for the misunderstanding" we just got a blank stare dirty look.. absolutely terrible service and she treats customers like an enemy.. Read moreI think that this place is very inviting and it’s sad that ppl have the ability to write such disgusting reviews. They come in for coffee if you don’t like the coffee or the service stay home and make ur own. It’s a service not right to be served regardless if ur paying 150 for a coffee. . These ppl come to work for 15 dollars an hour to be yelled at for making your coffee wrong !!! Give me a break.
There are more troubling things in life than u r coffee or you waiting. Do you ever stop to think about the owners of this place or how hard it is to keep going. It’s sad that we have such an entitled society that we can come and rip ppl apart. Why don’t you hop behind the counter and give it a week and try doing that job before you cast stones at the workers or the owners.
It’s this constant entitled attitude that is the issue. They think they have the right just to say things and sit on their pedestal n point fingers. The owners work hard very hard to have a place for ppl to come. And it’s still not good enough. If things r so bad than don’t go there but don’t be a the person that rips them down. Look at your own world and see if u would be so welcoming to someone leaving a review in ur life or life’s work.
Remember words matter they leave lasting marks on peoples brain. Be kind and not judgemental. Being kind to others seems to be distant memory in this...
