The absolute slowest drive through I have ever waited in.

I waited so long that I had more than enough time to write this review before I got anywhere near the front of the line. I have since gone back to update it to include my entire experience.

I initially wrote the review and stayed that I had been parked in the drive through for 10 minutes and was still 4 cars away. I was clearly already frustrated. Things got worse.

I waited another 15 minutes to the front of line. In total it took 25 minutes for the restaurant to service a fairly small number of cars.

When I finally got to the window to pay it was clear that the woman operating the window was also doing several other jobs in the restaurant. When I was finished paying with the machine, she had left and I was stuck holding the machine waiting even longer before I could finally leave with my lacklustre burger.

I still cannot understand how any of that could possibly happen. I could have eaten at a sit down restaurant and had a sandwich in that time. I will never, ever be back and A&W should close down that franchise immediately. I usually enjoy the food and experience. After reading the other reviews, this is clearly not a one time occurrence at this franchise.

Don’t stop here if you have any upcoming meetings. When I first stopped I was 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I ended up being 15 minutes late and cancelled my meetings. There is no way to escape the drive through lane once you are in it. I will not return and have told everyone I know never to go to...

I've come to this location three times now since it's been built. The first time I came, it was closed before it was supposed to be so or not elsewhere. The second time I tried the drive-thru and I just wanted onion rings and the lady said they didn't have any onion rings that day so I left again. Today I came into the restaurant and ordered a teen burger combo with rings. Again, they told me there were no onion rings. I asked if this happened often and they said they had cooked and bunch but that there were none left. The restaurant was completely empty except for me and the employees and nobody was going through the drive-thru. So this is an indication to me that they're just too lazy to make onion rings or didn't have any onion rings to cook in the first place. The people working at the counter were nice enough, And the place was very clean, probably because not very many people come here, but I think there's a problem with management and I would imagine like the employees get frustrated not having enough proper tools and products to work with. I don't think I'll be back to this location again unfortunately, but I do like...

This is kind of like a multiple review. Because I've been there several times now. I don't believe in reviewing something until you've experienced it a couple times cause I get it. Some people have bad days. However, this place has been consistently bad compared to all the other. A&W that I go to every time I go here there's something wrong with my order. The order was done wrong. Consistently. I found that they forget to put things in. Or the don't do the right substitution. So for example, at breakfast when you ask for an English muffin. Sometimes they'll forget and give you a bun. Almost always 4 times ordered except for once. The Onion rings are way overcooked and way overseasoned So you can't even enjoy them. Breakfast is the worst, there's almost always no one there. It takes a long time to get your order. The egg is always overcooked with a sulfur taste to it. It doesn't matter what there is always an issue. The staff are on the whole. Usually pretty nice, but they don't have a clue what's going on. Don't go...
