July 28th. Placed mobile order for pickup at 5:15pm. Placed order at 4:45pm. So 30 minutes. Arrived and the place is not busy at all and they had not even started to prepare my order. Took them 15 minutes to make my order, so 15 minutes late. Clearly 30 minutes should have been sufficient when I first placed the mobile order. Some things never change. Parking lot is still riddled with pot holes.
April 16, 2021. Placed an order online at 2pm for pickup at 5:30pm and they did not ever start to prepare the order when I arrived at 5:30pm! If you just show up, you are given your order first! WTH?
I placed an order online at 11am for delivery to my elderly parent's home which is 3 minutes from the Restaurant. The food was over 40 minutes late! I paid the delivery charge and a 15% tip and this is how they treated the order.
When I finally got in contact with the Restaurant, I was given attitude by the girl who answered. She told me they were busy and that they used skip the dishes and that she cannot control the delivery company and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I told her, they need to prioritize the orders based on order received, delivery time and distance to the destination. Furthermore, hiding behind skip the dishes as the excuse is a sorry excuse. You are the customer of skip the dishes, so you should be demanding that they make their deliveries on time etc!

Read moreMy wife and I haven't eaten KFC in quite a while and this location was a quick reminder as to why... and if you're going to eat fried chicken, I recommend Popeyes instead of KFC. Today, my wife and I ordered two "Big Bucket" meals... when we arrived home, we discovered that more than half of the bucket items were missing and what was placed in the boxes wasn't cooked very well. The chicken was cold and just didn't taste good. Had no choice but to toss it out. No value for the money, whatsoever. A small amount of fries and popcorn chicken... chicken tenders, chicken breast and coleslaw completely missing from the orders. Unacceptable! If the food isn't bad enough, the abysmal customer service is the icing on the cake. Walked in to witness the cashier with his arms folded, talking down to another customer simply because she asked a question about the price of her order. It's understandable that he may not enjoy his job... but he didn't need to make it that obvious to everyone there. We will not eat at KFC again and if anyone higher up within the company reads this, you'd better step-up and give this place an overhaul. The food quality is beyond poor and your employees look like they're daydreaming and would rather he somewhere else... that might explain why half of what I paid for...
Read moreThis place just got a huge renovation! It looks fantastic! And I had quite the experience when I walked in. I waited 20 minutes for my food and during that time I watched these women scurry around to serve only 4 orders. They bumped heads, had to re confirm their orders multiple times, they kept putting the wrong items into the bags but eventually figured it out. Watching them made it seem as if I were watching a Nickelodeon film about your very first job but these women seemed to be in their 30s... I'm sure it wasn't their first rodeo. Luckily I'm a fan of Nickelodeon and the whole thing was just so entertaining to see. That and my food (once it was determined that it was my food) was made fresh and steaming. That's and the macaroni salad is to die for! As long as you have a bit of patience and a sense of humour, I definitely suggest you go in and order. Just see what happens! XP As for this KFC, I suggest major team building exercises. You cant rely on someone when you don't know how to work with them. Even though I still had a good experience here as a customer, I'm sure in all reality that this was super frustrating for these women! It's never fun when almost nothing goes right... I hope they get it all...
