Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ottawa

This Tim Hortons has extremely rude employees. Two times in the last week I have gone in (mid morning) and only one standing at the cash waiting to order and 4 employees who are working there completely ignore me not even a hello just one moment absolutely nothing ~ the employee is making the coffee almost directly in front of my face and can’t even be bothered with a simple hello-hyper focused on their drive thru times that they don’t even acknowledge the customer standing there - I waited 5 minutes the first time and just walked out and then 7 minutes two days after that and just walked out I have also ordered through the drive thru gotten up to for window to have forgotten to order timbits for my 3 year old to which they say sorry you can’t add to the order at the window it messes with our times you will need to drive around again or come...

Not a real tims false advertising wastedmy time walking there thinking according to the tims Horton web site thats an actual coffee shop ....nope self serve...
