This location used to be good,fast service and everything was fine till January 2024 (I guess exactly since they added her as new employee) she has attitude and rudely doing HER JOB. Almost everyday I stop by to get my drink and every time she makes something different which is far from what I ordered. 2 times in one week I got something bitter but so sugary as a regular Latte 🤦♂️ Every time I had no time to return it or I was way far from this location to return and get what I exactly paid for🤷♀️ But this time at the window I even mentioned them to make sure plz give me exactly what I ordered , not a french vanilla, not a regular coffee, I just need a regular latte.... Funny is that right at the window even they were lost in mind between 2 different drinks that they had in their hands🤦♀️ Anyways I got my drink and drove to work in hope of I gonna have my faivorit drink during driving...
SURPRISE 😑 my latte wasn't latte again and I had to drive back to them this time to solve this problem once forever. Then I got into the store and saw that how uneducated she is about making beverages, she was asking me to what she should add to a regular latte, I said I have no clue ,just give me my drink plz...she faced another BUSY employee he rejected her to answer, she faced to another one and finally she helped her with some tips then that woman (when she realized I'm not really happy with this service) she tried to make it cool . I liked these guys cus they used to be fast and fun, respectful to the customer but if they continue getting more unprofessional ppl like her then I have to get my daily beverages from another location and I can tell there is many customers like me but the difference is that some has time to get back for getting the right drink ,some just count on writing a review, and some has no time for any and will just throw it to the garbage🤷♀️

Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I used to love your coffee for its taste, freshness, and quality, and I always appreciated the excellent customer service. However, my experience over the last eight years has been disappointing.
The coffee served at various Tim Hortons locations is no longer fresh, and it doesn't taste as it used to. It seems that the quality of the coffee beans, cream, and other ingredients has changed, leading to a noticeable decline in taste and quality. Additionally, the quantity of coffee in the cups is often insufficient for the price charged.
Furthermore, when I request a napkin or extra sugar, cream, or milk, the staff often make me feel as though I'm asking for something beyond what I paid for. This impression is disheartening, and the customer service has become far less welcoming and helpful. Moreover, cleanliness standards have noticeably dropped, making the overall dining experience unpleasant.
On several occasions, I have noticed staff making errors with customers' orders and then taking the chicken from the incorrect sandwich and putting it in another customer's sandwich. This practice is dishonest and has caused me to lose trust in your service.
Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to stop purchasing from Tim Hortons. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the quality and service that once made Tim Hortons a beloved coffee...
Read moreI'm sorry but if you order through the app and it asks you when u want it ready for. I said 5 mins and then drove there. Another 10 min. I get there and they haven't started the order. That i can live with, just start when I get there. But as I'm watching him make my breakfast he pushes it aside and keeps making drive through orders. I ask why he keeps skipping my order and he says he is doing it. In a rude tone just wait he tells me I have only been there a few minutes and to wait my turn. Why order through the app if they are just going to wait for you to arrive to start and then do other orders and still make you wait cause drive through is more important. I requested a refund and was told that they would not refund my order. I ask again more firmly and the refunded. I drove across the street went through drive through at a different tummies. In and out in 4 min no ordering in advance. The male that was making the sandwiches on Sunday morning at the first timmies was the one that was rude and he also stated he was the manager. All I have to say if that's how he treats customers inquiries, customer service training should be taught.
