This review is for PARAM, the lady who was serving us at drive thru today. She is the most horrible and rude Tim hortons employee we have ever experienced in this branch that we come to every single day for years now. We ordered ice coffee with a topping of whipped cream from the app before arriving at the window. She gave us the drink without the topping. Upon saying that they missed the topping and can they please give it, she said no one ever orders their ice coffee with topping!! To that we said the app allows to add toppings, irrespective of if others like it or not, we would still like to have the topping. She refused to do so saying the app will allow just about anything and that it's not her problem!! We didn't get her or her angst! Why would someone in their right mind get agitated in a one minute conversation in drive thru over someone's choice of the order that they have already paid for on the app before arriving at the window? Anyhow, now that she didn't give the topping, we asked her to give the credit back of the topping to us (it's 60 cents over the ice coffee), she argued that it's not possible! Read moreEvery single time I visit this location past 7pm I am told by the same employee that the machine which makes the London Fogs is "broken". After asking about this issue to another staff, it seems as though the machine just needs to be cleaned and doesn't get done during the day because it is busier. That's fine. However I don't appreciate being lied to, or the fact that the machine seems to never be getting cleaned at night... no matter what time I go I have the same issue with the same employee. Never told when it will be cleaned so I can come back, or asked if I wish to wait. I feel it's more out of laziness than anything, especially being told its broken when it is not and then confirming this with a daytime staff. Read moreThought I'd give this location a try, NEVER again. I placed an online order through the mobile app for a large americano. Went to pick it up and was told my mobile order was never received even though my gift card was charged. Showed the lady my phone confirmation, she said "oh well it's not in my system". I said no problem it's $2.50, can I just place another order? Now she says "oh the espresso machine is down". So I left, called Tim Hortons customer service, takes 2-3 business days to get my $2.50 refunded. Cost me 50 minutes of my time in total to grab an Americano (went to the location next to Brown's - WAY BETTER).
