ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR from the Supervisor at this location!
I cannot begin to describe in words my shock at the condescending and disgusting behaviour and service that I have received from the supervisor Akash Arshpreet.
She was not only incompetent at her work, but she didn’t have the courage to face the fact that she absolutely does not know what she was doing. She could not make one of the online coupons work, and she made us wait and wait and wait, while trying to figure it out. When she could not make it work, she blamed it on me and was SUPER rude about it, saying “your stupid coupon doesn’t work, it’s not my problem, go somewhere else’'... she was screaming at me at the top of her voice right in the store and declined to serve me and continued to bark at me while serving other customers. She looked and spoke at me in a condescending manner, hinting that I was trying to take advantage of a deal that doesn't work, when in fact, it was her incompetence and not the fault of the coupon.
I felt this was absolutely discriminatory behaviour. When I asked to talk to the manger, she came by and right away made the coupon work in a second and addressed to Akash that the coupon worked. And yet Akash continued her aggressive behaviour. So it was not the coupon which wasn’t working, it is that Akash was SUPER incompetent and uncivil.
This doesn't end here. While I was describing to the manager Akash’s unacceptable behaviour, Akash kept on yelling and screaming from the back, saying “Go ahead, make a complaint, I don’t care”.
Let alone apologizing for the indecent discriminatory behaviour, she just maintained her uncouth service all along. I find it hard to believe that this kind of people work in a franchise as a supervisor. There should be no place for uncivil behaviour like that demonstrated by Akash. She cannot deny service, choose to be incompetent, be proud of her incompetence, and then bark at customers telling them it's the customers problem and they should go elsewhere. This is unacceptable discriminatory incompetent service and I hope the franchise takes corrective action for it.

Read moreI have been going to this location for about 18 years. This morning I pulled up and asked for a decaf. I was told that they are not serving decaf at this location today. When I pulled passed the window, I stopped and was told again that they are not serving decaf and to move along, as they are busy, if there was nothing else I wanted. I was the only person in the drive through. I told LOVESHY (NAme of Rep) that I go there everyday and always treat them restpectfully. He said he was being respectful and if there was nothing else I wanted to get going because they are in a hurry, so I left. I would have expected, so we ran out of decaf, Are you willing to wait for us to brew a pot. I have in the past re circled around, not to hold anyone up, but this was not even considered. Anyway, now on to my most recent experience I had at Central Park Tim's location. I just got back from there and the girl(s) at the drive thru were not friendly. I simply asked the girl for several butters for my muffins and she told me I should've asked for them when I was placing my order so I wouldn't be taking up there time getting the butters at the pay window. It is probably the same girl who was so rude to me last year!
