Universal Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Last night I ordered a Philly steak large pizza when I received it I noticed it didn't have any sauce which was supposed to be a garlic pesto sauce when I called the owner up this morning to ask if it's usually their practice to Omit sauce on their pizzas he said no it's the first thing we put on I let him know there wasn't even a drop of pesto on my pizza. This pizza cost me $40 by the time it was delivered all I got for my $40 was it dry Pizza and an apology the owner who sounded Persian was happy that he received the money for it but didn't want to fix it or make it right I do not recommend this place because if they do mess up and they will all you'll get is an apology for your money

Update because I ordered through skip the dishes I was able to get my full refund of the pizza no shekels for you ...

Our chicken burgers were overcooked, burnt tasting and hard to bite into. The company was unwilling to resolve with us. We were given a false name of the employee who cooked our food, also told our order never existed by a manager. Our experience was a total disappointment. Worst service ever. Guy named Sam told me my receipt was thrown in the garbage and he would have to print another sale to give me my receipt and would not give it to me.
