Pizza Studio Ottawa — Restaurant in Ottawa

Uber eats order. Very thin pizza (NOT a thin crust order), which was chewy. Deep fried pickles tasted ok but small portions for a high price. Chicken tenders were the worst. Obviously frozen processed chicken that is tough to chew. I'm surprised this is even a restaurant. I feel like if someone opened a restaurant and only served prepared from frozen pre-made items you can get at any grocery store...you'd get better quality than you do here. Such a shame. And now for the inevitable AI-type response of "I've passed your comments on to the store management. Sorry we missed the mark on this one. Look forward to serving you again soon." And by the way, "look forward to serving you again soon"? Really? Do you think when someone gives you only 1 or 2 stars, plus a negative written review with valid reasons, that they plan on being served by you again soon? I'd get PizzaPizza next time. Better quality and cheaper prices. And that's not saying much. Cheers...

Yummy pizza, clean shop, prepared to order in minutes. The biggest reason I'm writing right now is to say how impressed I am with the employee named Nilesh. Pizza Studio is very lucky to have him as it is rare we find this quality of employee these days. Not only was Nilesh very friendly and attentive, he is also a tremendously hard worker who really pays attention to detail. I was honestly shocked to see how well he made the pizzas and how he was able to do so incredibly quickly and efficiently. It really showed that he takes pride in his work and cared about giving the best product and service possible without skipping a beat. Honestly, what I saw was a level of care and service that I'm more used to seeing in Japan. I really appreciated this which is why I wanted to post this review. The pizza was definitely very good, but it is an employee like Nilesh that will bring me back...

They opened up a new location in Ottawa and I must say their pizza is very good. Had both of their beast pizza and skinny greek. The beast pizza is delicious, meaty and cheesy and incredibly satisfying ( took a bite from what's pictured). Their Skinny Greek is a healthier alternative packed with vegetables and makes for a satisfying and guilt-free meal. I particularly liked their flax seed crust for the skinny Greek. One thing I'd like to mention is the customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen behind the counter were very polite and friendly. I was impressed with the service.
