Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Owen Sound

So I’ve been a customer for Domino’s for over 30 years never had a problem So tonight I ordered two medium pizzas, pepperoni extra cheese I noticed that they didn’t put extra cheese and just a flavour of it. Tasteless basically So I called to make a complaint. I’m not happy. The guy goes. Oh, what does tasteless mean? Then I said don’t insult my intelligence you must know what tasteless means it doesn’t taste good says oh I’ll make two more comes back and he says I’ll give my manager say five dollar credit And then I tell him that’s how you lose customers. It’s not very good customer service and then I say furthermore I’m gonna leave a nasty Review right away, he hangs up on my face not very professional anyone in Orange sound I costing you don’t order from the store in Owen Sound because you will not be happy furthermore, the manager there is very rude. I called a while back that I wasn’t happy. He talked to me like a fool and tells me why don’t you order from somewhere else? This store has no customer service any other food food establishment the owner looks at the reviews and makes a comment back. The owner has not made one comment be good reviews or bad review reviews. He doesn’t care about Customer service. I guess he doesn’t realize treating the customer’s bad bad customer service you end up losing customers and then the word gets put around town. Don’t order from this this chain from the store. I noticing the store has a lot of negative reviews. Just a customers aren’t happy...

We’ve been ordering pizza from the local Doninos for years and it’s been great! Until today, we ordered on-line and watched the chart tell us where they were in the order until it said delivered??? Ummmm we didn’t get the pizza nor a phone call so I called as I was confused as to why it would say delivers? I was told they came to our front door and rang the door bell, we don’t have a door bell and we were watching the front and nobody showed. They said ok we’ll send him out again, I said it’s been over an hour I’m not interested in getting cold food what else will you do for us? The answer was nothing we will do nothing for you! Ok Thanks Domino’s!! I was a tad upset so called back and talked again to the Manager who confirmed his driver was solid and said we didn’t answer the door lol so they won’t do anything!! I order the same order almost every day when im working as im a traveller, im always staying at hotels. well I ordered a pasta with extra BROOOKLYNN pepperoni AND also some normal pepperoni in the pasta .... I got my order this evening and there was maybe 2 Brooklyn pepperoni cut up into pieces to make it look like there's multiple. and no sign of any regular pepperoni. I had then called to complain about my order and the manager was moving non chalent as to why my food was this way with Alot of attitude as she tried to talk over me . I would highly highly recommend saving your money and not buying from this location as they seem very rushed an disrespectful when a customer is confronting about a issue with the food.
