Pizzaville — Restaurant in Parry Sound

My husband and I were regular customers ordering twice a month on average for years but we aren’t ordering from here again. We were disappointed in October last year and decided to try again after several months . We have had two negative experiences in the past 12 months. My husband orders and picks up. The one star is for the food being ready on time and the man who took my husband’s money was very nice. These are the only nice things we can say right now. I want to see the food go back to the quality and consistency that brings pride to the pizzavile name. It use to be perfect now we aren’t sure if it will be good or not so we are just going to order somewhere else. I refuse to say things that are hurtful but can’t at this time leave a positive review. I was waiting for a slice of pizza and I noticed that nobody was washing their hands after serving the front counter, then a driver comes back from delivery and starts pressing dough with the gloves on that he used for delivery. Wow, with all that is going on and this is the way you handle food. Terrible. Putting lives in danger.....oh and the quality keeps going down because the staff gets switched out all the time and new people arrive that don't know how to cook pizza and the ovens they are using have been there since the place opened many years ago. It was breaking down when my friend worked there long ago. The oven temperature and heat distribution are everything. Needles to say, the slice went in...

Purchased two caesar salads. Both salads missing croutons. Given about a 1/4 of bacon and cheese. Contacted the call centre to at first merely inform. First spoke with a male who told me that croutons were not included. Informed him I have purchased a lot of salads and croutons have always been included. I then read to him top of salad container that provides for croutons. Then spoke with an Erica who had to speak with her supervisor Elisa. Was informed because I purchased salads day before they could not deal with my complaint. Told her I purchased salads to have with dinner today, date of this post. No simple apology. Was told that I would be given a $5.00 credit toward next purchase. Horrible...
