She was so kind to us and as a such young Lady, we were impressed with her professionalism and social skills. Can’t say enough, how happy we were with the whole flying experience. Received a phone call saying that slot wasn’t available so we’d have to go either 2 hours earlier or 5 hours later. If we didn’t want either one we were told we’d forfeit our deposit. We chose to go on the earlier flight and then received a call saying that the plane would be unavailable as they had scheduled maintenance and the next available time was 3 days later.
