This is usually my go-to Tim's location in town. However, the service as of late has really gone downhill. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the cashier, but I ordered a triple triple via debit yesterday morning (Aug 1 2025, I believe somewhere around 9:30 am to 9:57 am). The lady who made my coffee was very friendly and efficient. The much older lady who took my order was not.
"What can I get for you?" "Is that everything?" "That will be $XX." None of these sentences came out of her mouth. She just stood there... no smile, no dialogue on her part, no nothing. Just stood there with a scowl, silently punched in my order, and then walked away. I guess I was inconviencing her precious time.
It also confused me when they called out my order for pickup (number 338). I'm guessing this number is supposed to be on a receipt they give you, or at least the barista is supposed to verbally tell you this number, so you know which order is yours when they call it out. The lady taking my order threw out my receipt and told me nothing.
She also displayed this less-than-stellar behaviour to a father taking his little boy out for breakfast; they were the customers right before me. I know customer service can be stressful sometimes. I've worked at a Tims myself. However, if this woman is so unhappy with her position, perhaps she should consider finding a job elsewhere. All I wanted...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this location Tim Hortons (113 Bowes Street, Parry Sound) for over three years and have always appreciated the consistency—until recently. I am disappointed to share that I’ve experienced being overcharged at two different locations in town. This particular store especially seems to be more focused on its own benefit rather than the customer’s.
For years, I never questioned prices and always paid without checking the receipt. However, on a recent visit to another Tim Hortons location (1 Mall Drive, Parry Sound), I noticed I was charged less for the exact same items. That’s when I reviewed past transactions and found clear pricing discrepancies—receipts attached for reference.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff at this location, the manager and associate were rude and unprofessional, raising their voices at me in front of other customers. It felt as if I was being accused of trying to get free food, which was not the case at all. I was simply asking for a fair explanation and basic courtesy.
As a regular customer, this experience was truly disheartening. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customer concerns with respect, and more importantly, ensures consistent and transparent pricing...
Read moreThis must be the worst freestanding time hortons in Ontario. I would go to a gas station timmies if that was an option in Party Soundz Seriously who’s runs the Tim Horton’s; or sorry claims to run it. There’s like 20 staff and for 10 years now we have never got through that drive through line faster than 10 minutes. Today there was 6 cars in front of us and it took 20 minutes. I don’t think they deserve a 1 but they need to be rated on scale.
Honestly the cottagers must laugh at the operation the store has. And why is the coffee always burnt?. They could brew a fresh pot in the 20 minutes we sit and wait. They are not taking their time to make your food fresh that’s for sure.
Maybe someone is thinking why don’t you go inside? Ahahahhhahaha what a joke. NEVER ITS A 30 MINUTE TRAP.
10 yeArs and it’s only getting worst. It’s like this fun joke everyone who goes to Parry sound has. WHY IS THE TIM HORTONS SO TERRIBLE.
Tim Hortons should be ashamed of this location and the workers should just stay home and leave a jar for money with a pot of coffee. Because that would be much quicker.
And we feel the worst for the locals. Like you guys deserve a Tim Hortons.. not this sloth farm with a...
