It's not immediately obvious that this "tent-based" take out spot tucked back in an unassuming parking lot is connected to the gourmet level deli and baked goods shop next door, but don't let appearances fool you - EXCELLENT quality burgers and fries, and an interesting array of "craft" soft drinks and sparkling waters. The Smashburgers here are on par or better than I've had at far fancier gastropubs and up scale restaurants. Delicious burger patty cooked just right, and the bacon was fantastic. To round out our burger orders, my wife and I ordered a large fries to share, and at first thought we'd end up taking half home as the portion was massive! I don't know if they were coated in some way, or just an exceptionally hot deep frier, but they were unbelievably good - crunchy outside but still soft and chewy in the middle; we ate the works. YUM. Only downside was the locale - food this good deserves better then a tent on a parking lot. You're paying for premium fare (and it's worth it!) but the atmosphere was a bit sad. We aren't letting that stop us from coming back, and look forward...

I usually get their veggie burger (because I don’t eat beef) and then I ask for cheese and bacon on it because cheese and bacon are delicious (especially crispy bacon). My husband and little one get the smash burger and say it’s great. Their condiments game is good. They offer 3 types of mustard condiments packets including Grey Poupon (and if they happen give you multiple packets, my recommendation is to save any extras in case you find yourself at Trestle Brewery where they charge a dollar for a side of basic mustard). Service is friendly. Atmosphere is pleasant. Dine-in seating is a coveted outdoor space with...

Quality of beef and bun was excellent, truly one of the best burgers I've had in a long while, however there has to be a better way to hand out condiments. Dispensing 2-3 ketchup packets, 2-3 mustard packets, and pickles in a little sauce container to every customer that requests those items for a burger, even when dining "in" the tent, is appalling behaviour.
I appreciate the likely want of the chef/owners to want to keep the bun from getting soggy, but street meat vendors, movie theatres, and baseball stadiums solved this problem decades ago without the use of so much single use plastic. Condiment...
