Would like to expand on this opportunity to address a few key takeaways. Firstly, to the management staff, your behavior towards your front-end staff was uncalled for the tall, slim gentleman who belittled the young woman who was trying her best to take care of the cash while your drive thu employee pushed ahead and were taking over the drink/coffee area as the other employees were being told to move around and do other jobs that were overlapping there own. Secondly, your other manager who cleared the screen, which had our order before he went in the back to yell at the staff to go faster with the orders before going back away. Thirdly, the order once it was completed (two medium Iced coffees one was caramel and the other a sugar-free vanilla) weren't done correctly, and we had been waiting over 15 minutes. I'm not sure what was put in it, but it most certainly was not caramel, nor was it sugar-free vanilla. The most important thing that should be addressed is the behavior you show your employees. The entrance door takes almost everyone who parks in the parking lot, down the drive thru lane and around a half fence to get inside.
Once inside, the lane to get to and from where you order is one lane wide. You cannot pass anyone. I seriously got into a "traffic jam" trying to exit (thank God there was no fire) because the garbage cans are right inside the exit door and when people are throwing out their garbage, no one can get by.
The bathroom is a whole other story! I thought the handicap accessible bathroom was the regular stall until I went into the other stall. If you are over 150 lbs, please do not attempt using this stall, you may never get out! It's long and super skinny.
If you go here, go through the drive thru!
I suggest to the owners to at least put a second door on the backside of the entrance and remove some tables. You also may want to check the bathroom periodically to make sure no one is stuck or change the bathroom to a single handicap...

Dirty and SLOW and when I did have any interaction with a staff member her courtesy level was non-existent. I ordered through the automated system at the front near the entrance. It wasn't busy, a manager was leaving her shift as I waited for my order. She didn't acknowledge me and I waited some more, there was no other customers there in the cash area. Finally after what seemed a little long the food came, the staff member handed me the bag and a cup, no acknowledgement that I was a paying customer, no thanks, no hello. NOTHING! The final insult was the cleanliness of the self serve drink area...GROSS! The earlier mentioned manager leaving her shift walked right by this mess! Ill repeat! GROSSS! I wont be back!
