After a few successful visits to this location, they're back to their old BS.
We waited for about 20 minutes for an order of three burgers and sides that came out all mashed into a single bag, cold and soggy. The drinks were missing until I followed the chap back in to get them.
Some of the onion rings were soggy and undercooked, and some were hard as rocks as if they had been left in the fryer basked for multipke cooks. The fries were cool and soggy.
For some reason (bad management?) this location has had massive staff turnover and bad service like I experienced AGAIN.
No more chances. I will not return.

Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars.
I will not go back to this location. The orders are wrong every time, and not just missing/wrong items - sometimes they make the items wrong like using the 'valu menu' patty in the regular hamburger, or the ftied items are oily and soggy like the fryer isn't hot enough. They also have a lovely policy of getting in a surly huff if you complain about not getting what you ordered.
Edit: I have been contacted by a representative of this restaurant and been going back and forth all day. He seems to think a missing order of onion rings or whatever is the main problem, missing the fact that some screwup has happened pretty much every time I have visited in the past few years, and this experience is common among people who have tried to go there.
As for my comment that trying to get my order corrected results in them treating me like a theif, he says it's because (paraphrasing) everybody wants something for nothing. In other words, he has confirmed staff is absolutely told to treat any complaints as if it somebody tring to scam them.

Read moreCharged twice for my order. One of the supervisors refused to refund the second charge without a bank statement to show proof of the extra charge. The supervisor ( heavy set lady) Told my hubby to go to the bank and bring back a statement. Ummm the proof is on our phone on our online banking account! If you’re taking payment from our phone and it’s legit, why wouldn’t bringing the bank statement with the second charge that was appearing on our statement not legit enough. Hubby said he wasn’t leaving until he had a full refund and had cancelled our food order. The worker/supervisor became irate and started to swear at my hubby telling him he wasn’t getting refund and she was calling the police. So hubby waited in parking lot after 4 vehicles who were waiting in line behind him left to take their business somewhere else. The large lady stepped out back to have a smoke as she continued to peer around the corner watching hubby like he was up to no good. So he ended up calling her bluff and called the non emergency OPP line to ask if he needed to continue waiting in the parking lot. Read moreI ordered online at 11:00am for 11:50am for a staff lunch for my company. It was a $75.00 order, with 2 poutines, a hot dog, and 5 burger combos, which I prepaid with my credit card. I arrived in drive-thru at 11:45am and was told I would have to park because my food wasn't ready yet. The person in drive-thru told me it would be another 10-15 minutes. I then expressed my unhappiness since I had ordered 50 minutes early to have it ready for 11:50. I parked, and watched another 8 vehicles get parked after me as well. Then they proceeded to lock their front doors and turn walk-in customers away from the restaurant. They brought food out the the cars that were parked after me. I finally received my order at 12:45pm. I checked my order before leaving and was missing a drink and my gravy, but couldn't let them know because the door was locked. So I ordered 1.5hrs before I actually received my meal, and waited 1 hour, not 10-15min, when I thought when I chose to have my meal ready for 11:50, that it should have been ready then?
