Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Petawawa

Well...the wait was long...which was annoying but it happens. We got to the window and waited some more. There was no "be with you in a moment" or anything...which happens I get it. When they finally took the drive thru orders, after all of the cars in front of us had cleared...they took the car that showed up after us. Ok...maybe they are stressed...however we are pretty annoyed. My boyfriend tries to place our order, he asks for the first coffee...young lad asks if that's everything. My boyfriend says no I'll also get...and the kid says "ok see you at the window" and closes down our order. I said "we weren't finished?" We were ignored. The lady in front of us was upset over something. You could tell there was an issue going on...as she drives away the kid grabs the top of the drive thru window and yanks it...breaking the top bar and cracking the window completely. We get to the window and he's putting his headset back on. We then proceeded to finish our order at the window...at this point we were extremely annoyed, confused, and frustrated. As we drove away the kid ripped the rest of the window off. I understand customer service isn't easy, especially in fast food...but don't take it out on the customers that didn't do anything. Between the slow service, order screw ups, and temper tantrums we won't be returning. The slow service.. we would have just complained about to ourselves and sucked it up...being treated like dirt and watching that happen was a different story...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This timmies is usually reliable and trustworthy. I have lost my trust in them and the quality of their food. I was fine prior to ordering and then I ordered a lunch BLT on an everything bagel immediately after consuming felt awful. I wasn’t able to see and felt like I was going to throw up gained a massive migraine because of it, after I threw up I noticed none of the food digested and I instantly felt better. I really believe it was the bacon they were serving. They need to do better and cooking meats that their costumers consume. Their product quality has gone down. My fiance ordered the same thing at a Timmie’s down the road 5 minutes later and he did not have this happen. We won’t be going back to this one again. Horrible. Drive to the other one down the street. I have tried this place several times over the last month since moving here. Everytime is just infuriating. You try the drive through and they take orders from one speaker and let literally 5 cars in other lane go ahead of you. That happened twice now. Go inside. No line up but nobody on the counter. Everyone working drive through. Even tried ordering on the app online. Arrived and waited half an hour. Tried the self serve screen. Ordered. Paid. Stood around until after about 20 minutes i asked where my order was. It was just a tea. They never bothered to check the orders from the keyosk. The guy beside me said they never check it.
