Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Petawawa

Went to Little caesars Petawawa after driving 5 hours home and we decided to grab some pizza after not wanting to cook because we were tired. Stood there with my daughter for a good 15 mins and never once got an acknowledgement from their staff. A couple came in and stood in front of us rudely and they were served immediately by the staff and the staff left to the back and continued to ignore us. So we waited another 7 mins , in direct eye sight and right in front of the counter so no one could butt us again and again we were treated as we were invisible or apparently "not good enough" to serve. My daughter was singing a "whole new world" and yelling "pizza" as she is only 4 so I highly doubt the excuse "we didn't see them" "we didn't hear them" would work. We ended up leaving and spending our hard earn money somewhere else and I highly doubt we will be returning to...

​My experience at Little Caesars was completely disappointing. The taste was unacceptable and the service was rude and inefficient. ​I ordered a pizza and clearly specified that it should not be spicy. Upon trying it, it was evidently spicy. When I reported the error, the staff's response was insulting. Despite wanting to return the entire pizza (still with all the slices), they simply said "that's how the pizza is," refusing to make an exchange and ignoring my initial request for non-spicy. ​To top it off, they told me with an extremely rude attitude that if I wanted another one, I would have to buy it again. Although it was really busy when I went in the man at cash was very kind and assured me that they would make sure my order would come out on time and it actually came earlier than expected. The guys working although they looked like they were in high school, they worked very hard and there was a lot of passion, or so it seemed at least. My pizza and pizza bite things where FANTASTIC, especially the pizza bites, the only I’d like to complain about it that from previously working at a pizza store the dough was very old and the pizza had definitely been sitting there for a while.
