I had a very disappointing experience at your location this evening. I was there to pick up an order and waiting for more than 20 minutes instead of being nice and appreciating for my patience your coworker named loveleen was so rude and had nonsense to talk with me in front of all of people. Actually on what basis did you guys hire her she did not even have any basic customer service skills at all. Loveleen, was extremely unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service skills—she was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Her tone was disrespectful, and she didn’t demonstrate any courtesy or manners throughout the interaction. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope management provides better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism. I am thinking is she even suitable to work in at such place ? where you needs to be so professional, friendly and respectful towards your customers. Read moreWent for my favorite - Angus burger. The burger was cold, not even a bit warm! My onion ring was not even half full. The onion ring packaging is already small to begin with - I had 5 onion rings (1 big, 1 medium and 3 tiny little ones). Their ice machine was not working.
I went and tried to let them know but 1 of their staff tried to shut me out right away....very loud, impolite telling me that it's 1 bag of onion ring and it's the normal amount (it's definately not. But if it is, they are cutting on the quantities again!). She's not even trying to hear me out about my burger, just wanted to get me out of the line so other customers would not see the food that I was showing them and not to hear the problem.
I was going to buy more food after the first burger but since their food had not quality & staff was rude, why would I spend any more money there.
Will not go back to this Harvey's again. Absolutely not...

Adding more to this as Harvey's appeared to care but however this was just for show and appearances on the negative google review. I have since had to fill out multiple forms and feedback to be spammed by a ticketing system saying expecting a response back from me when no one has even commented back. This goes to show that the problem is not only at the restaurant level but customer service is not a priority at the cooperate level either. For the amount I pay here and the time I always have to wait I am much better off supporting a local business and having a nice sit in dinner. Will have a much better experience and hot fresh...
